I visited Fusion Pacific in Germantown with four colleagues, and the experience delivered real value. The spread of freshly cooked dishes, vibrant fruits, and indulgent sweets hit the mark. Every plate looked intentional, and everything we tried tasted on point. Service was dialed, quick, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The space itself is clean, cozy, and built for a relaxed dining cadence. Overall, it’s a strong pick for a team lunch or a casual meal when you want good food and zero hassle.

Everything was so dry. Maybe it’s because we were here on a Monday but the food itself looked so unappetizing and just wasn’t good. One of the only good dishes was the teriyaki chicken and it was raw! They do have a really good Mongolian grill station though.

The main problem is the food quality. Once it touched my plate it would become cold really fast. Most of the seafood seemed way overcooked and bland. Other food there was bland other than some of the chicken dishes. The lo mein was good. If I ever come back I’ll only be eating from the make your own hibachi grill section and the sushi. The entire restaurant seemed the bare minimum of clean. For nearly 20$ a person I would expect it to be better.

The people were so nice and friendly. The place looked amazing, really beautiful. The food, awful! The food tasted old and you could even tell that a lot of that had just been sitting there for a long time because the presentation of the food was at a major decline. This was so interesting because I’ve never had a bad experience with Chinese food until now.

Almost a night and day difference from when this place first opened. I went to the restroom prior to being seated. I should’ve trusted gut after seeing the filth of the facilities but looked past it . Food was no where near to how it was a couple years ago honestly not even close to it’s quality of the past. Hopefully it gets back on track soon. Until then I won’t be returning. Only recommendation I would make is save your money and the disappointment.

Pretty decent size buffet, nothing I would have to run back to. The contrast between the “Southern” side and the Asian side is definite. Lo Mein was a little dry, everything else I tried was pretty scrumptious. Best little dessert cakes I’ve ever tasted. Service was okay, but it took 10 mins and about halfway through my salad just to get the first drink. After that it was significantly better. Some of the Lo Mein was “sticky” on the tongs and I managed to spill some on the bar, offered to clean it up by they respectfully stated “That happens, and they have people that clean it.” So that was pretty cool of them.
