Me and my girl stopped here randomly after grocery shopping across the street and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! My gf got the chicken bacon ranch and I got the Santa Fe chicken sandwich. They might take a bit longer to make the food but it’s worth it. Owner told me she makes the bread and the ranch there so I’m sure there are a lot more ingredients that are made in house. Definitely going back to try some more of their sandwiches and burgers!!

I stumbled upon Pacific Coast Grill and Cafe recently and I’m so glad I did. Hands down, some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. You can taste the difference when everything is made fresh, and that’s exactly what you get here.
What makes this place special is the story behind it. It’s run by a husband and wife team who honed their craft in catering before opening their own spot. That experience shows in every dish—the attention to detail, the quality of ingredients, the care that goes into the food.
The burgers are the star of the show, perfectly cooked with that homemade quality you just don’t find at chain restaurants. The fries are excellent too, crispy and well-seasoned. I was even impressed by the salads, which says a lot because I’m usually a burger-and-fries guy. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. You’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

We had 2 different salads, a burger and a club sandwich all tasty.

My daughter has a waterpolo tournament at Ventura high school and wanted a chicken sandwich after her games. She googled best chicken sandwich in Ventura and we ended up here. Did not disappoint!! I recommend this yummy place and great service!

A friend suggested this restaurant so my sister and I tried it last weekend. I had the crispy chicken sandwich while my sister had the burger, which were tasty and juicy. The fries were well seasoned, too. We love the Cafe’ Hellado. We will definitely come back to try the other sandwiches and food.

For some lucky reason I traveled to lunch in PCGC today.
My 4” tall fried chicken sandwich was huge: bun made this morning, nice crispy fried chicken (crispy is good!), layered with appropriate things, and I took the other half home for dinner. A refreshing salad on the plate, and unsweetened iced tea in bottle!
The tiramisu looked very nice too.
Clean surroundings, easy curbside parking just around the corner.
I will go there again soon with my wife. Hmmm? Will it be the Reuben or the Nuevo Cubano with a cup of coffee? Hmmmm.

Outstanding fresh made-from-scratch food. They make their own yummy buns, dressings, desserts and freshly breaded crispy chicken breast. They really appreciate and use plenty of fresh produce in all their items. We found them on this app and we plan to come again!

We tried this place because of the great reviews on Google and we were not disappointed. We did not expect such an eclectic menu and ended up ordering the Joe’s burger and some Pozole. The burger with the house made bun was fantastic and the Pozole was enormous (enough for three meals).
There was only one other customer in the restaurant but since it appeared that one of the family owners was the only one working it took a bit long to get served. I can imagine that if you arrive at the wrong time it could be a long wait to get food. With that said, we really enjoyed our food and will definitely be coming back.
