I got the Ramen Elote (it’s not elote with ramen seasoning, which would also be great) which was ramen, not soupy, with corn and GENEROUS butter and cotija cheese. Some might not like it but it hit the spot. I loved it so much. I had to remind the guy for my drink which is the only reason I gave 4 stars for service, but service was otherwise great and personable, and I got to talk anime and The Boys with our server (who also was behind the bar and was also doing the music). And can we talk about the music and the visuals? If you are a weeaboo of any ancestry you will love the atmosphere. I saw the Evangelion ending animation and some sort of Jojos bizarre adventure video game, with Spanish language pop hits from the 80s and 90s over the top of the visuals. Immaculate vibes. Good birria tacos (said my dining partners), good elote, good drinks. Worth a visit!!

My daughter wanted me to have a good lunch a few days after surgery so we tried Pacheco. It was easy to order for pickup as this was a few blocks from my place. My daughter went and picked up for me. She said the gentlemen that handed her the order was nice and asked if we liked to please return.
I had 3 birria tacos with no sides that cost about $16. They were lacking in meat is my biggest complaint. Now, I’m not a big meat person but when I’m looking for birria I need a good ratio of meat to cheese. This was about a tablespoon of meat spread with lots of cheese. I will say that the tacos were really good. Looking at previous reviews the meat portions may be inconsistent ♀️ I did warm leftovers in my air fryer which made it better with the salsa. I won’t rush back but I might try again in the future

Wonderful Mexican food restaurant. I wa starving and ordered the loaded asada fries. A base of fries topped grilled meat, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole. Also had the 3 quesabirria tacos, stewed meat, double tortilla with a dipping sauce. Just delicious.

Super fresh with flavors that pop! The guacamole was tasty (I added salt) and the queso cubes added a nice touch. The tacos were delicious! The Mexican corn was INSANE!!! SO FLIPPING GOOD! Great place to stop and relax with amazing food. Family friendly as well. Thanks for the experience Pacheco Taco Bar. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Seriously!!!! If you are black!!! Do NOT give this place a dime!! The way I was treated as a single mother with my child was very disrespectful. I ordered a street taco plate. It was very early in the day around 12pm. When I got my order it was sprinkles of chicken covered with cilantro and onion. The amount was as small as a two year old as if they didn’t want to put a meat on the tacos. I kindly went back in and asked for a refund. This is where things got ugly. The guy/cook comes over aggressively as if he already knew I wasn’t satisfied. He already had a defensive attitude before I could even express why I wanted a refund. The crazy part is he was speaking English!! Then proceeded to say he don’t speak no ENGLISH!! He had already said no refund and his body language was moving his arms back and forth as if he was mad. This clearly shows he been doing this. If you’re trying to save food and still charge customers is not right!!! I paid for a sufficient amount of food. Which I could have went to a food truck/ Taco Bell or anywhere else and got better food and treatment for my money. The crazy part is he put on a show and took out his phone to do translations!! He could barley work the app because if he clearly couldn’t speak English he would have had the lady who took my order that spoke good English translate to him. I told him I’m calling my bank because I gave back the food and asked for my money back! He took the plate at the end and added two more tacos talking in Spanish and moving his hands. The customer service was not good! There was a group of blacks walking into the restaurant. I told them how I was treated and to take their business elsewhere. They proceeded to leave and yes the guy seen them walk out! For my $12 he lost $100 or more. I hope this review helps my people stay away from this establishment!! If they mistreat one of us they mistreat all of us!! The food is not even seasoned!! Gloria’s is next door you would do better walking past this place!!! Take our black dollars somewhere else! This is not for us!

Overall, this restaurant was just okay. The location is a definite highlight, conveniently situated right next to the Toyota Music Factory, making it an easy stop after a show. However, the food fell short of expectations. The wet burrito was decent, but the loaded baked potato and beef quesadilla were disappointing. The baked potato lacked flavor, and the quesadilla was sparsely filled, leaving it feeling incomplete. Unfortunately, neither dish justified their price tag. While the convenience of the location is a plus, the food quality left something to be desired.

If you’re out with friends and want something quick and decent. This place has vegetarian options that can be made vegan. Taste is decent but not amazing. I’m leaving only 2 stars because the vegetarian options are similar in price to things that contain meat, however they refuse to add on guacamole without the ridiculous upcharge. For vegetarian and vegan options, guacamole should definitely be included in the dish. I was definitely still hungry once I finished my meal. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. It was not busy at all. You order at a counter and seat yourself. Walking in you could smell strong chemicals as if they had sprayed fragrance. I can’t speak for everyone but I try to avoid toxic fragrances. The food was brought to our table with missing sides but they quickly brought us what we needed. As I went to the restroom to wash my hands there was a random fork in the sink and water all over the floor. Strange! But the food was great! Very authentic and beautiful decor in the restaurant

Pacheco is located at the Toyota Music Factory (a go-to entertainment hotspot for Las Colinas/Irving residents). I stopped by for “Taco Tuesday” and was definitely an underwhelming experience in terms of the food & service.
I will say, the restaurant is super cute and has the perfect location with indoor and outdoor seating. The issue is that the food doesn’t match the quality of the aesthetic.
The food was subpar, especially considering the other taco spots in Irving. My chicken tacos were dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, my drink was not good (I forgot the special I ordered) and they only filled my glass halfway.
My total came out to about $26. The tacos and drinks are over-priced for the quality. Additionally, we were the only people there (which should have been a sign) and it took forever for our food to arrive. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Ordered the corn quesadilla and was told that it would take 20 mins because they make it fresh. 40 mins later and we hadn’t received our order. Only being told that it was the next one out. Only after asking multiple times did they get our order out. While the place was busy, it wasn’t when we walked in and several tables got their order that ordered after us. I will say they did bring out chips and salsa after 35 mins of waiting.
