The food was delicious and definitely a spot we will re- visit.
Great for a solo, date night, or brunch with the ladies!!
Go and ask for Stephanie!!
I got the carbonara, it was good but seemed to resemble more of an Alfredo sauce with bacon bits on top. I love Alfredo so it tasted great, just didn’t seem to align with what a carbonara should be.
My partner got a pasta with garlic sauce and shrimp, also tasted almost identical to the carbonara/alfredo sauce.
Next time we want to try their red sauces to compare, maybe they do a better job there. We saw a lot of people got the pizzas, they looked very good!
We also got the cannolis, these were delicious!
Service – everyone was very friendly, no complaints here. Host was welcoming, servers were timely and communicative.
Atmosphere – cute, small spot but was cold. We were on the first floor and it’s freezing outside so any time the door opened it would bring in all of the cold inside (maybe that’s why my mozz sticks were cold?). Has a bar and seemed to get busy. I did not go upstairs so unsure what it looked like.
Overall I recommend people try it just don’t expect it to be your favorite Italian spot.
Still dreaming about that tomato bread — forgot what it’s called but it was juicy, fresh, and packed with flavour. Can’t forget my first bite!!
The Margherita pizza was perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and so well balanced.
Tiramisu? Absolutely wonderful—not too sweet, just how I like it.
And the pasta in Marsala wine sauce? Wow. Rich, comforting, and full of depth.
Can’t wait to go back!
Starting from the appetizer to entrees, every bite was better than the one prior. I loved the Wild Boar Pasta, the pizza Capricciosa (+Neapolitan salami), the calamari…well, all of them. The service was great as well, friendly and attentive staff. This restaurant will exceed your expectations and your taste buds will thank you.
The service was good and pretty quick.
It was mostly full on a Friday night so you should get reservations to make sure you get a table.
