From the moment we walked into Pacci, we knew we were in for something special. The warm welcome, the genuine hospitality, and the attention to detail were top-notch from start to finish. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the entire team went out of their way to make her feel truly special. It wasn’t just good service — it was thoughtful, personal, and above and beyond anything we expected.
Our server, Shakearia, was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and had the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and added such a positive energy to our experience. Honestly, she might be the best server we’ve ever had.
Pacci delivered an unforgettable evening, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

Killer dinner at Pacci tonight. The red snapper is excellent with well balanced, clean flavors. Others in our party really enjoyed the bolognese and the meatballs, as well as the salads.
The service was friendly and attentive. We did not make reservations, and while I would recommend making a reservation, our wait time was only a few minutes.
I highly recommend this gem and will be back!

The space is absolutely beautifully designed. Crisp clean lines and and amazing room scent pipes in.
Karim was our waiter. He was absolutely outstanding His service was unobtrusive but attentive. He was knowledgeable about the details of the menu.
The chicken parm was a fantastic moist crusted large piece of poultry.
The peach burrata arugula salad could have featured grilled Georgia peaches rather than canned peaches. But the salad was wonderfully refreshing

This is a hidden gem. We came into town and decided to eat at this restaurant in the hotel we were staying at. It is as good as any standalone place. The waiter (Marc) was very nice and did a great job. We ordered mussels as an appetizer which were delicious. We had clams and shrimp scampi and also seafood manicotti. Both were delicious. Because it is in a hotel I think people pass by, but it is worth it and you get your food quickly.

Came for breakfast. Menu looks amazing but unfortunately what I ordered (power breakfast bowl) didn’t contain the ingredients it had listed on the menu. It showed up with no salsa verde and no avocado, making it extremely dry. When I requested salsa verde, I got marinara. When I asked about avocado, I was informed they were out. The absence of key ingredients should be explained at the time of ordering so customers can make better decisions. It was incredibly hard to get anyone’s attention the entire time, and I was seated at the (I guess unattended?) bar. They did eventually comp my breakfast after I pointed out the issues, but I was just sad to choke down dry breakfast when there appeared to be much better options.

The food and service were great but the only
downside was I booked a reservation for 9:30 PM and once we were seated were told the kitchen and bar were closing in 15 minutes. Our server was amazing and wasn’t rushing us but it just felt like we didn’t have time to enjoy dinner. I don’t think you should even allow reservations that late if the kitchen and bar is closing that soon.

Awesome food and service. Hallie at the bar served me well and made great recommendations on the cuisine. Must try the shrimp and scallops with angel hair pasta and the Ceasar salad with anchovies…so delicious. Get the Merlot. The cranberry orange cheese cake was delightful.

I don’t leave negative reviews. Ever. I’ve worked in the service industry long enough to understand that mistakes happen and nights can go sideways. That said, what happened at Pacci on Saturday night was not “a bad night.” It was sustained incompetence, blatant neglect, and what felt like discriminatory treatment based on age. This was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience I have ever had. A group of six of us had a 7:00 PM reservation. When booking, we were clearly told Pacci enforces a strict 5-minute grace period and that parties arriving late may be charged. Because of this, we arrived 5 minutes early, fully expecting to be seated promptly. Instead, our server, Cyrus, told us our table “wasn’t ready.” This was laughable. The table was visibly ready — clean, empty, chairs in place — but he was not. We stood around waiting while nothing happened, despite following Pacci’s own rules. Once seated, we ordered drinks immediately. It took over 25 minutes for them to arrive. The restaurant was not even close to full, and the bartenders were standing around doing nothing. It was obvious our drinks were never entered into the system. Our water glasses were empty for most of the night — easily 90% of the time. What made this especially frustrating was the table directly next to us — also served by Cyrus — receiving completely different treatment. They had water jugs on their table, quick drinks, fast food, constant check-ins, and birthday-level attention with cake and plates. The difference in service was staggering and impossible to ignore. Adding to the inconsistency, none of us were asked for ID before being served alcohol, despite all of us being between 25–27 years old. Considering how strictly Pacci claims to enforce policies, the lack of basic alcohol service protocol was alarming and careless. Eventually, our drinks arrived. Our food then took another 20–30 minutes. Five minutes before anything came out, Cyrus told us the delay was because “the pizza burned.” This made no sense, as only one person ordered pizza — and it was the first and only dish to come out. Five minutes after the pizza arrived, Cyrus informed us they were “out of the regular pasta” and asked if substitute noodles were okay — less than a minute before the dishes hit the table, making it clear the food was already prepared incorrectly. At that point, only 4 of the 6 people at our table had food. Another 10 minutes passed before a chicken parmesan arrived — except two people ordered chicken parm, and only one dish came out. When asked about the second, Cyrus simply said, “We’re out of chicken parm.” No apology. No explanation. No replacement offered. One person at our table never received food after being there for over an hour. Cyrus didn’t apologize and later returned — 20 minutes after the fact — to offer to make something else, long after everyone else had finished eating. We asked to speak to a manager and waited another 10 minutes, only to learn the front-of-house manager was not present. The kitchen manager stepped in and was kind, but clearly not equipped to handle a front-of-house service failure of this scale. We felt bad that she was left to clean up a situation that was not hers to manage. After that, Cyrus never returned to our table. No apology. No explanation. Two drinks never arrived. We eventually had to hunt down another server just to pay, as it felt like we were being avoided entirely. Throughout all of this, the table next to us continued receiving excellent service from the same server. The only noticeable difference was that their group appeared to be 35–40+ with children, while everyone at our table was 25–27. Whether intentional or not, we were clearly written off. Ironically, most of us work in the service industry and would have tipped very well for even halfway decent service. Half of the meal was eventually comped, which was the bare minimum considering one person never received food, but even that required excessive explaining. We were told management would follow up afterward, but that never happened. 0/10

All the dishes we had were really good, and the service was great too. There was an extensive wine list, but we’re not huge wine drinkers so I can’t comment on the quality. Not a lot of beer choices…I think just a couple were local. Would come back again.

Thanksgiving dinner. Pros: Good variety of food, tasty and well served. Cons: No special atmosphere for Thanksgiving. Inconvenience in taking leftover food. So be careful, if you go next year, eat it all.
