Pablos is a great place for date night. The food is really good and the atmosphere is nice. Parking is the biggest challenge here and you may have to park down the street. I have had serveral items from the menu and everything was great. The Shrimp enchiladas were awesome and the charro beans were very flavorful. My wife had the red snapper and it was amazing. They also serve a cornbread with some sauces on it that will amaze you at how good cornbread can taste. But with all that the only reason for not 5 stars is that their salsa is really bland and boring that tastes more like a tomato puree than salsa. My wife and I really enjoy eating here and highly recommend it.

Nice little find in Fate. The area and crowd at this location is so nice and friendly. My plate was great and delicious but not everyone in my party felt the same. I want to give it another try, get a different plate before I switch it to 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back to try something else. Drinks were good.

Nice Mexican restaurant with a cool vibe. There was a nice bar with sports on the TVs. A hostess seats you and was ready to seat us when we walked in. The waiter was quick to take our drink order and we had chips and salsa brought out right away. The chips were fresh and the salsa was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed a dinner on the patio at this establishment. Water, chips and salsa were brought out almost as soon as we sat down which was nice! The service was great, the food was nice, the place was very clean and we enjoyed it. Would definitely return. My only tiny complaint was the music was so loud I could barely speak to the person I was dining with. I thought maybe it was just outside but on a quick trip to the restroom I realized the music was even louder inside. Definitely not a big deal considering how great everything else was.

Our family came in for dinner tonight to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Staff was amazing (especially our waiter Jimmy). Food was great!! A few of the guests at the restaurant made a point to make sure my daughter had a special birthday dinner.

Food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all get 5 stars. We love Pablos! Food is fresh and delicious. Margaritas are yummy. We have had Jessica as our waitress several times and she is a ✨ SUPERSTAR✨. She goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is exceptional. Definitely recommend!
