The birria taco was really special!!! I love the creativity of their menu. Wasn’t crazy for the lomo or pastor taco. The chicken mole taco was good. My favorite part is that they do keto and queso tacos and that’s really well done.

Perfect little joint to grab some Epic tacos and tortas. The hard shell tacos were freshly made and VERY crunchy! The keto taco with Carne Asada was crisp and juicy with a load of flavor profile. We also enjoyed their Al Pastor, they have chunks of pineapple mixed in which we enjoyed. Now, lets talk about the TORTA… this bad boy was filled with a Chile Relleno, Carne, Pico, and God only knows what else. It was MASSIVE! The torta was EXTREMELY fresh, buttery flavor with a big piece crispy cheese melted to the inner layer. The beans they smear inside is just phenomenal. So much flavor to every bite. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend there Asada.

They have a small private parking lot but I found near by free street parking.
The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating. You order using the touch pad. The menu has lots of options.
The food is good. Portions are ok. Prices are a bit high though.
Little to no staff interactions. You order via touch screen, self seat, staff brings out order, then you clean up yourself by dumping the container in the trash bin.

This sauce delivers an addictive, creamy, and slightly spicy kick that totally separates it from any classic Mexican salsa I’ve ever had. I need to tell you about my terrible experience on Taco Tuesday. I got home with my order, only to find three tacos with basically one piece of meat in them. What’s the point of a discount if the food is a joke? It felt like you were taking advantage of people and their money, and that’s just not right.

This place was awesome in 2021, but then they killed their taco Tuesday. Then they brought it back, and it was pretty good, but stupid expensive. Then they lowered the prices this year, and it was awesome again. Just went back and got these tiny, soggy, gnarly tacos with 1 tsp of meat.
Time to move on for good.

Solid Mexican food, albeit being a little on the greasy side. Ordered the sampler plate and it reminded me of typical birria combo plates except they use Peruvian green sauce which is a nice switch up. The staff is humble and attentive, some of the best I’ve encountered.

We love Pablito’s! One of the best crunchy tacos in town and their Lomo Soltado is fire. Tables are typically dirty and the restaurant itself could use better maintenance, but the food speaks for itself.

Pablito’s Tacos serves up a variety of dishes from tacos, burritos and quesadillas to classic Peruvian food. There’s something for everyone! They have Handmade Tortillas as well. Their crack sauce is very tasty and they have bottles of them for purchase.

Strawberry Churro – loved the strawberry filling in the middle. Make sure to eat while still warm. Lots of cinnamon sugar coating on churro. So yummy!!
