They have a small private parking lot but I found near by free street parking.
The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating. You order using the touch pad. The menu has lots of options.
The food is good. Portions are ok. Prices are a bit high though.
Little to no staff interactions. You order via touch screen, self seat, staff brings out order, then you clean up yourself by dumping the container in the trash bin.
For me, the must-try item—the absolute undisputed champion on their menu—is the Vampiro Taco. When I order it, I always opt for the juicy Carne Asada. This taco is a masterful construction: the foundation is a crispy, toasted tortilla layered with beautifully melted cheese. But the true genius, in my opinion, lies in the topping—it’s the Peruvian-inspired “Green Crack Sauce” (aji verde aioli). This sauce delivers an addictive, creamy, and slightly spicy kick that totally separates it from any classic Mexican salsa I’ve ever had. The combination of the deep crunch, the gooey cheese, the savory meat, and that vibrant sauce makes it an intensely satisfying and memorable taco experience. Seriously, if you’re there for flavor innovation, the Vampiro is what I recommend you put in your mouth first. I also love that they keep true to their roots with items like Lomo Saltado—it shows they take the fusion seriously.
Time to move on for good.
Any place that has a mural of Hector Lavoe has to be great!
We tried:
Crispy Taco Supreme
Birria Taco Dorado with Cheese
Red Birria Consome
Vampiro Taco –
Keto Taco – loved the cheese made shell. Very crispy!
Honey Garlic Wings – the honey garlic sauce is perfect with these wings. So very tasty!
Mexican Scrambler Burrito – cheesy in the middle. Good size for a breakfast burrito.
Lomo A Lo Pobre – liked the egg on top of the rice. Tender pieces of meat.
Strawberry Churro – loved the strawberry filling in the middle. Make sure to eat while still warm. Lots of cinnamon sugar coating on churro. So yummy!!
They have indoor and outdoor seating. Small parking lot on the side. Helpful customer service from Emily.
