Pablito’s is at it again. He has been in the lab with famed Neapolitan Pizza Master Jose Martinez. All the pizzas are hand made in front of customers and cooked in a Wood Fired oven. Try our new NEOMEX fusion putting the best of neapolitan pizza with Greta Mexican toppings like pastor and birria. The first location is located next to Pablito’s tacos at iconic Circus Liquor.

*There was burrito that didn’t make the photoshoot*
This place is amazing. I mean I cannot say one thing bad about this place. Besides the lemonade isn’t the best.
Staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The food doesn’t take long and isn’t priced too high.
I got a Cali burrito and everyone knows I’m a burrito lover. This might be the best Cali burrito in Los Angeles.
The chicken taco was phenomenal and my pizza was good. Full of flavor but I wouldn’t get it twice.
Of all the taco spots I’ve visited this is my favorite. I’ll be back this Friday for round two.

Okay, SFV (San Fernando Valley), time for some fresh, hot and tasty, mouth watering food! Pablito’s Pizza & Tacos pop up is part of Pablito’s Peruvian Kitchen in Burbank.
First, the smoky air of grilled morsels lure you in and the next thing I know is I’m ordering the Lomo Saltado Pizza (Pablito’s recommendation). The meat was hat and smoky and full of steak flavors! Yum! I hope they make a Lomo Saltado dish at their restaurant because “Sign Me Up!!”. My red onions were sweet and cooked through, not raw, and the Crack sauce was spicy hot with a citrus flavor that complemented the steak
Next the tacos…Al Pastor is sweet and pineapple-y with the guac sauce, onions and cilantro. I could eat a couple of these and be happy. The Veggie taco had shiitake & Nopales which was very flavorful. When I do straight Vegan this is what I’m looking for something that is “meaty” and savory and make my belly smile.
I’m sure all the other menu items are just as good! Try something new and write a review!!
TIP: There is parking but no tables so ask them for a plate or plates if you are trying the pizza and want to eat it fresh!

Don’t look now, suddenly the Vineland/ Burbank intersection – with Noho Ramen, 77Asian Kitchen, and Don Zarape#2 – has transformed from a neglected intersection featuring the obscure True Value Hardware (don’t ask me) into a happening place for the urban hip foodie set.
I recommend the 3 mushroom pizza ($15). This is Pablito’s Pizza showing off it’s ability to whip up from a parking lot a creation that is without question Gourmet.

We came to Hollywood two years ago and decided to try this out because it was different. Oh my god, we could not stop talking about this place. The crack sauce is amazing wings are better than any chain store by far.
We had another trip this weekend to Huntington Beach ️ and we had to stop in for some more. This time though we tried their burritos and they did not disappoint, and the horchata is delicious by far the best we have had in a long time. Everything tasted so fresh and homemade.
Love this place and every time we come down to the coast it will always be my go to place.

It’s ALL damn DELICIOUS!!! The Birria pizza is so delicious. All type taco’s sold here are also the best!!! This hidden spot should have many open restaurants all over Los Angeles. Especially East Los. My hometown people will love this spot. I highly recommend Pablito’s Pizza 100 percent!!!

The pizza is flavorful and a creative hybrid of Mexican and Italian, but if you’re from New York, you’re gonna be disappointed by the crust. The oven just doesn’t get hot enough to give it real char, let alone crispness. The toppings are still great, as is the excellent green dipping sauce. The 5:00 opening time also seems to be very fluid and not at all precise. Attempting to order from the website before opening is frustrating.

Tacos were pretty good, can’t really complain. The mexican pizza on the other hand was by far the best one I’ve had in my life. The pizza had just the right amount of ingredients, the texture of the bread was on point (soft and chewy inside, crisp exterior) and you could really taste every topping coming together to form an amazing flavor combined. Highly recommend trying the mexican pizza at this place.
