This spot rocks!
My husband and I have tried all 4 of their burrito options and you really can’t go wrong. Depends on what kind of vibe you are going for. We especially love the The Best Damn Burrito & The Chad.
The crisp bacon adds a much appreciated crunch to your morning. And if you love sauces as much as I do, grab a side of green or red chile and go ham.
My only hope is that they might open up earlier during ski season for a much needed breakfast burrito while in traffic on the 70

Had to visit Golden for a work meeting, was hungry afterwards, and stumbled upon this place, and boy, am I glad I did. I ordered the “Best Damn Burrito… Period,” and it’s aptly named; all of the ingredients complemented one another perfectly, and the crispy bacon added a satisfying crunch, which made for a delightful consistency. Every bite – first, last, and all of those in between – was delicious. The attendant was kind, too and handed me my burrito within a minute of ordering. Everything was so good, in fact, I’m still in the parking lot, delaying returning to work, to write this review; I felt compelled to spread the good word immediately!
If you’re ever in Golden, make it a point to stop by Pablito’s – I know I will from here on out.

Amazingly delicious! Bloody Chad and Best Dam Burrito are favorites. Crispy hash browns are the clincher along with New Mexico worthy green chile!

Tried The Best Damn Burrito and The Pit and they were pretty good. I prefer more kick but I didn’t ask for any options or side sauces as it was my first experience. The flavors of the separate main ingredients were identifiable and both were delicious.

Alright, one of the better burritos I’ve had. I got the “best damn… period” and the flavor was on point, crisp bacon and a light kick from the chiles. Not saucy or sloppy, in fact I wrapped half of it back up and put it in my cupholder, then immediately regretted that I wasn’t eating it and picked it right back up. Meant to eat and drive but ate the whole damn thing in the parking lot in about 2 minutes. Currently very full and very happy. Here’s a picture of my last bite. Easily will be my new go-to in Olde Town for breakfast.

Wow. Just wow. Their Baddest Burrito is my favorite and puts bonfire burrito (which are extremely overrated) to shame. Get the grande. You won’t regret the price as you eat it.
Fyi, this location is a food truck and their main location off of Youngfield is also a food truck but permanently established in the lot of the restaurant that owns Pablito’s. Do it.
