The owner went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcomed, cared for, and had what they needed. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their hospitality.
One of the standout features of this venue is how spacious it is. If you’re dreaming of hosting a big, beautiful event — whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or cultural celebration — this is the place. The hall comfortably accommodates 700+ guests, with plenty of room for a dance floor, stage, and dining setup without feeling cramped.
I know there may be mixed reviews from others, but don’t let that discourage you. My personal experience was nothing short of fantastic, and I would happily book or attend another event here. Sometimes you just have to see it for yourself — and I’m so glad I did!

Such a terrible place to have food, bought two samosa today and trust me it was unbreakable, forget about eating it. They just air fried some frozen one badly and handed over, wondering how they are selling this … anyone will loose his health after consuming it. My worst experience ever in WA.

A Disastrous Experience
I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Punjabi Palace to help others avoid the same frustration I encountered. I had planned to host my wedding here, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
From the very beginning, communication was unprofessional. My wedding date was overbooked, and we were never informed about it. When I reached out, I was told that another couple had signed a contract for the same day, leaving us to “work it out somehow.” This lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating.
When I signed the contract, I was assured that my deposit would be refundable. However, when the time came to request it back, my messages were ignored. I discovered that many others have faced the same issue, with Punjabi Palace routinely keeping deposits despite prior agreements.
To make matters worse, the venue prioritized cleaning and packing up our food before the event was officially over, showing a complete lack of respect for our special day.
Every little detail comes with additional costs, from chairs and tables to speakers, making this venue more trouble than it’s worth. My advice? Stay far away from Punjabi Palace. Your wedding day deserves better, and you’ll be much better off at a venue that values its clients

Excellent Indian vegetarian food, kosher as well. Lots of variety and an adjacent grocery store with ethnic foods. The frozen samosas are a great snack for the home. The atmosphere and ambiance have not returned after the pandemic, so they have no dine-in. Hopefully, that will change eventually. It used to be very cozy and comfy. Great kitchen, though. They’ll whip up any dish to customize to your liking. A must visit.

Wow… Just… Wow. The sheer unprofessional service was astounding. For context, I am a DoorDash driver. I arrived at this location to pick up an order to find all the doors locked. I was confused and noticed a paper on the door saying to call a number if the door was locked. I called and said I was a DoorDash driver and before I could say the name for the order I was interrupted and told “5 minutes” and immediately hung up on. So I proceeded to wait the 5 minutes and the door was opened and a bag with no label or anything was shoved into my hands and the door slammed closed again before I could get a word in to confirm I had the right order. I had to check inside the bag to make sure the items were for the correct order. As someone in the service industry, I can confidently say this is literally the FIRST time I’ve ever been so utterly floored by unprofessional behavior that I’ve written an entire review about it.

This is probably one of the better Indian food places I’ve been to in Washington. They’re a very friendly and helpful staff. The clerk there knew I was trying them for the first time and even threw in a delicious dessert for free that was also AMAZING and had he not given it to me I may have never thought to try it. I’m actually going back there today to pick up some more because I can’t get enough now lol

Do not book here! If I could rate the service here lower than a one I would. It was simply awful. The Punjabi Palace lacked in communication, hospitality, professionalism, transparency and showed an overall level of condescending demeanor. My experience was awful and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Picked up some Indian groceries from the market and also ordered takeout— due to Covid there’s a limited menu, but I told them I just wanted a lamb curry and chicken curry with no preference on sauce. So glad I did! Both meats in the curries were cooked to perfection, and came with lemon? Rice. The owners were so kind and very helpful when I had questions on some groceries. We found our new go to Indian restaurant and marketplace south of Seattle!
