Specifically want to recommend chef bhubhan for special meal request
The food did not have the flavourful touch that one has come to expect of Pan-Asian cuisine. It’s one thing to have subtle flavours – totally another to be bland. Dishes lacked imagination and content in equal measure. As a vegetarian I was disappointed to not find any substantial veggies in my dishes. The chicken ordered by family too was not very well liked.
The rendang curry was floating in oil and tasted like an Indian dish more like a fusion of chicken & bharta ! And the caramel ice cream bao was a scam. It was basically soggy bao with vanilla ice cream with a thin layer of caramel.
Rating: 4.5/5
Each course beautifully balanced flavors, textures, and presentation transforming a simple meal into an unforgettable experience. The ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully sourced, showcasing the chef’s deep respect for quality and seasonality. The attention to detail was evident in every bite, from the delicate seasoning to the stunning visual artistry.
Chef bhubhan not only demonstrates incredible technical skill but also brings heart and personality to the food. You can taste the care and inspiration behind every dish. Even the simplest items on the menu felt elevated a true mark of a masterful chef.
The chef’s personal touch extended beyond the kitchen, as they took the time to greet guests and ensure everyone felt welcome and appreciated. That kind of genuine hospitality made the experience even more special.
If you’re looking for a restaurant where passion meets perfection, papaya Delhi under the guidance of Chef bhubhan is an absolute must. It’s rare to find a chef who can consistently deliver such flavor, artistry, and warmth all in one meal. Bravo,
Best of luck to the team thanks for the wonderful hospitality

Definitely worth your time and money
We tried the thai fish curry bowl and the veggie stone bowl with noodles. The fish was well prepared with a flavourful curry. The dish was served with a special and must try fish sauce. We were treated to Pa Pa Ya’s special cheesecake for desert- it was nice, a little too sweet for our taste and a bit heavy after a satisfying meal but can give it a try if you visit the place for just desert.
The service was top notch- everyone at the restaurant took good care of us and was very respectful.
I would go back to try out their sushi’s and dimsums!
