Last week I decided to get a burger and went to Wendy’s. Burger wasn’t bad for a fast food place. Today I decided to up my game and went to PT’s. Sorry I did. Wendy’s was actually better – by a lot. PT burger was a totally dried out, over cooked hockey puck, except hockey pucks are way bigger. Place was almost empty so no excuse there. Also, I got the impression that I should have known specifically what I wanted before I went in because the person taking my order seemed impatient that I didn’t what I wanted on it. I was only one at counter, so it wasn’t like I was holding up a line. Oh, french fries were soggy mess when I got them home.

The PT old fashion burger was probably the best burger I have ever ate. Burgers are freshly flame grilled. Service was extremely fast.

If you’ve ever had Five Guys Burgers, well Pts Grille burgers are so much better!!! Number one burger joint in all of NC especially the coast! Just melts in your mouth a keeps you wanting more! You can tell every ingredient is fresh. The fries were straight from the potato, not frozen. The service was great and everyone was so helpful being it was my first time ever! Highly recommend and will be back soon! I can’t get over how great they tasted!

No frills basic burger and fries joint. IMHO No complaints. I ordered salad instead of fries. Although I did try some of my daughter’s fries and I do like the seasoning on it. I would have preferred the fries a bit more cooked to give it more crunch. Burger was decent. Toppings were plentiful except for the cheese. It was fairly thin and almost non existent.

First burger I’ve had in almost seven years after dealing with the Alpha-Gal allergy. The food was great, the menu is small but that works out well – they know their niche and stick to it (not something that many folks can say). The seasoning on the fries is fantastic. You need to give PT’s a try.

P.T’s is a great little place to eat and they have some really good food. They don’t have an extensive menu and that works well. Their lemonade is homemade and absolutely killer. Their homemade french fries are cut and fried right in the restaurant and are never frozen. I’m going to go out and limb and say that they’re the best in all of Wilmington.

This is an above average burger place. You order at the counter and seat yourself as you wait for them to bring out your order. We were there for our first time, at the busiest time on a Sunday, at lunchtime. It appeared as if they couldn’t buss the empty tables fast enough. So bussed the table that we wanted to sit at just so we could sit inside. The way that you ordered was different but effective.
Our food came out, and we received exactly what we ordered. Overall, it was a good experience.

This place is pretty good, but their amount of fries changes every time. Sometimes normal, sometimes a ton and sometimes barely any. I wish they were just consistent. Especially that cost where the burger is the most expensive. The fries should be easy to make consistent with the same price

we have been coming to PT’s Grill for many years and it’s usually very consistent and I appreciate the fact that they could do a few things very well.
Last night for the first time we were both very disappointed my husband‘s burger didn’t even fit on the bun it was so small. And the fries which we normally love somewhere squishy a few were crunchy we asked for fries that were extra crispy and I think honestly they took fries from the lunch time and threw them back in the fryer for dinner that’s how bad they tasted. We both walked out and said do you think we’ll ever go back and we live so close that’s where we always go for a burger.

Traveling with a buddy. Stopped for a burger and fries based on reviews. The ordering process is done on a ticket you fill out yourself. They serve pepsi products. The fries were great, like at the fair, but seasoned with lemon pepper. Single 8oz patty that was good, but maybe on the dry side. All in all, good place for a burger. The food was almost $15 by itself, drink included.
