So the guy that took my order was very nice and extremely polite. I told him my order in English when I got my food. They gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweet tea, and the burger was the smallest burger I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant I literally ate it in four bites if you’re hungry you might consider ordering two or just going to a different place. I know that a Whataburger is twice the size of this burger. The fries are also extremely salty.

We were pleasantly happy to meet the new GM in the Lakeway location. The hamburgers are back to perfection and he was on top of the staffs production so efficiently. He came to our table when si wanted to tell him what a great job he is doing and has done for the location.

3 Stars because this location is usually great and I don’t wish to bash local business. However, I do need to share, with hopes that this will improve service in the future; this location was absolutely slammed with the drive thru backed up to 620 and the entire boys high school soccer team inside packing down 3 burgers a piece. Shame on me for thinking I could pick up a quick single burger and fries on a Friday night for my daughter who was understandably whining every time someone else got their food first. Try telling a 3-year-old that she needs to wait 40 minutes for fries. A kind lady offered to help me watch her as I inquired about my order. The guy next to me flat out left burger-less after waiting 50 minutes for his door dash order. To top it all off, after my 3rd time inquiring, turns out my to-go bag was sitting right there but they skipped over my #.
I get that y’all are slammed and I’m happy business is good, but you serve burgers, fries and shakes, not the 60 dishes that Thai Spice can whip up in 8 minutes. Your poor manager doing his best to keep a smile on his face shouldn’t have to be flipping 30 burgers at a time because the half of the staff isn’t showing any urgency.

The burger was good and the food tasted fresh. The guy at the counter was really friendly and added to the experience. Prices are reasonable, especially for Austin. Nothing fancy, but everything was normal and enjoyable. Would come back for a quick, easy meal.

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious and so reasonably priced and the staff are absolutely lovely. Easily some of the friendliest, most professional employees I’ve encountered at any fast food restaurant. My only complaint is the food can take quite a while however they’re usually super busy so that’s to be expected. Also, they have the best fries in Lakeway.

I ordered two veggie burger lettuce wraps. From the beginning to the end, I received excellent customer service. They got my order wrong at first. When I told the cashier that, he promptly gave me two new lettuce wraps and actually added a milkshake. My dad really likes milkshakes. The veggie wraps were delicious. The environment was kind of one of those environments where you can see people in front of you. It could be awkward, but I embraced it as a time of connecting. The music was fun but not danceable. The area where I ate was clean if I remember correctly

Great burgers , our first time there, friends claim it’s better than In/Out. Well for variety it is! They even offer breakfast and chicken nuggets, but In/out burgers was a tie, seating area roomy, plenty of parking, larger variety on menu.

Brought the whole family to P Terry’s and my son in law recommended I get the P Scarry’s off of the secret menu ( 4 patties, 4 slices of cheese, and all the toppings including jalapeños and fried onions). It was OUTSTANDING! Everyone loved their food and we topped it all off with their delicious candy cane milkshake!
