P.S. Restaurant opened in 1984 by Thai Chef Preecha Songprastit. His vision was a comfortable atmosphere with amazing food. Preecha created the basis for our French, Thai fusion menu. In 1990 Rick and Sylvana purchased P.S. and through the past 25 years they have created an atmosphere of fine dining in casual elegance. After expanding in 1995 with the addition of our beautiful lounge, P.S. continued to grow adding our catering venue in 2006. Our wine list has been enhanced from Preecha’s ten wines to over 400 selections. In 1994 P.S. was the first restaurant in the area to earn the prestigious Wine Spectator award of excellence and continued to receive the award year after year.

Exceptional. The dishes were delightful. The duck was tender, crispy skin, the sauce was sweet with enough heat to know it’s a curry. The scallops were great but the black risotto stole the show. The homemade chocolate raspberry torte was dark, rich, nutty, sweet, so good.

Presentation was great, but the taste was subpar. The salmon and pork chop were overcooked. The old fashioned had a marschino cherry not a luxardo minor, but in an upscale restaurant, we expected it. Staff was very nice and the atmosphere was lovely.

Found this gem scrolling through Google. The shrimp and scallop apps were perfectly prepares. Silvana was such a great host, making sure we were well taken care of. For dinner had the filet, duck and salmon, all perfect and tasty. Love the Thai French fusion concept. Exactly what the area needs. Can’t wait to return and try the whole menu. Cocktails also great, particularly Captain Daniels.

I treated myself to a fabulous dinner prior to beginning my Radiation Therapy. I order the Filet which was prepared perfectly. Everything about this dinner was stunning from my seat at the bar with terrific conversation with Jess to the dessert … the bread pudding with that gorgeous cone of fresh whipped cream. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be coming back too.

The owner is the nicest lady, waited us on personally. The filet is amazing id take a picture of my plate but I already cleared it. You can tell the chef takes pride in his work and he served us himself, made sure we were all squared away and everything was good. The entire establishment makes sure to go above and beyond, I think I’ve only ever left no more than 5 reviews in my life and I made it a point to leave a review because i haven’t had a genuine experience where you can tell everyone cares in a long time. The owner is the sweetest lady and took fantastic care of us 10/10 recommend

The food was absolutely excellent! It is on the pricier side but everything was delicious. We ordered the bread, from the bakery next door, as an appetizer. It came warm and toasted with a garlic butter and honey butter. It was so good! It’s a bit of a bummer they don’t provide you with any bread complimentary, but it was delicious. The Caesar salad is amazing. It comes with 2 croquettes and freshly shredded paemesan cheese. The scallops with lobster and truffle risotto was mouth watering! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the space is great. It’s a lovely restaurant we visited on our anniversary and I would absolutely go back.

Best global menu in Binghamton! They feature dishes Thai style, Italian, French etc. and they are all delicious. Our Server Nick went above and beyond with explaining each item and even making our cocktails too. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant and perfectly decorated. The owner was very involved greeting every table and even getting our jackets. Incredible food incredible drinks incredible staff! All around highly recommend !

I went there during restaurant week which I had a great deal. I like the food a lot, however I do think they over price them if they were regular price. Based on the regular price I don’t think they meet up the expectation. The place is pretty. The only thing is one of the desserts for restaurants week menu is just mix berries with whipped cream on top……. They called it “Dessert de ju”? The server is well trained to use fancy words to describe it, so we didn’t understand that was just berries with whipped cream…..I get it was part of the restaurant week menu and what they could offer was limited, but that was just sad……This dessert also took the longest time to serve. But overall, I did have a good time.
