Truly a great hole in the wall local pizza shop in the mentor/painesville area. I can see while picking the pizza up that they had a bunch of people working the massive Pizza oven in the back and it really has an atmosphere inside of an East Coast pizza joint with just some table sitting out to have a pie.
Only criticism I have is a personal one, the pizza was very doughy while I’m more of a thinner crust type person. It’s a bit higher of a criticism because traditional new york-style pizza is thinner. It was actually still very good and feeling. The cheese and topping was of great quality

This was a very disappointing place. Got a deluxe pizza and wings, wouldn’t get either again. Pizza looked good visually but was way under cooked, the dough bent at almost a 90 degree angle when you picked it up and toppings all fell off. Mild wings had no taste and sat in a puddle of watery sauce.
Also the interior of the place was so gross, clearly had water issues that they never fixed the ceiling. Would not return, go down the street and go to Concord pizza instead. If they were open on a Monday, I wouldn’t have even stopped at p and p

Ordered a calzone from here asked for no onions or peppers multiple times. The calzone was loaded with onions and peppers. This place used to be so good before they changed owners.

Visited Mentor from Colorado… And this was one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. Absolutely spot on New York style. I’ll be back next time! Incredible

Unfortunately, P & P’s Pizza is not the same from what was by far the best NY Style Pizza in Lake County. We enjoyed the pizza for years under the prior owner/operator. The pizza was bland at best and there was virtually no sauce on the pizza. We will not be back.

This pizza was boring at best. It arrived so cold it was stiff which is the antithesis of a good New York style pizza. I also ordered extra cheese and as the photo attests I did not get that. The salad is good.

Picked up an XL 16″ last night… P and P is BACK. Best NY pizza I’ve had in years. Perfect amount of ingredients. Zero flop.

Love the thin crust, personally I like it cooked a little longer for the crisper crust. The garlic sauce is great.
Apparently the garlic parmesan is homemade, guess I will be eating the wings next time.

I ordered 2 small pizzas, 10 wings 5 plain , 5 with honey mustard sauce, when I tell you these wings were raw, pale , I called yo tell them , Kevin the manager telling me the wings were precooked for 7 minutes, and if I wanted it cooked , I should have said cooked crispy, I told KEVIN I should I tell you how to do your job, than he proceeded to say there’s nothing he can do, I told him what kind of establishment doesn’t take customers complaints seriously. They are not in the right business. This food is garbage.Never again

Just ordered door dash for two pizzas, orders a xl round, that one is ok, tough to pull pieces apart, now the Sicilian has hardly any sauce or cheese it’s all bread. This is my third time ordering from them, they used to be so good years ago something has changed it’s just to skimpy on things. I had to waste half of the pizza to rip off cheese and sauce from other slices to make it edible.
