Spring rolls were a little dainty but tasted fine, as did the potstickers.
Kung Pao tofu was great as always but not sure why it’s not available in any of the apps? Always have to call and request, hence the 4 stars.
Great crew and clean facility!

I went to this new P.F. Chang’s around the corner and I’ve eaten at P.F. Chang’s Xpress before and the food was always phenomenal. I waited 15 minutes on a to go order for crispy honey shrimp. It was soggy the batter was falling off the shrimp my order was $16 and some change and I added fried rice and there was a half an inch of fried rice in the bottom of the bowl. I spoke with the manager and he gave me a refund but I don’t think I’ll visit the store again I was very dissatisfied with the food. The manager mentioned there a new restaurant and they’re still training their employees. You would think if it was a new restaurant they wouldn’t want to make sure that every order coming out of the window was perfect. No customer service anywhere anymore horrible quality

Delivery service is on point! Very well prepared with extras you may want. Same dishes and quality you may be used to when you dine in the actual restaurant.

Ordered takeout and it was absolute garbage. My dog wouldn’t even eat it so it went in the trash. It’s unbelievable that a restaurant would allow that kind of quality to go out the door. Undercooked, no sauce, and smelled funky. I can’t believe PF Changs puts their name on this location. Any dollar a scoop place is 10 x better than this place. I contacted the store and asked for a refund and they said a manager would call me back but that never happened. After reading reviews it’s clear that the this is the standard for this location. If they don’t get their act together quickly this place will be out of business very soon.

Ordered to-go. Food was absolutely terrible (Honey Chicken + Beef and Broccoli). Tasted like microwaved meals. Chicken was slimy and the Beef made us nearly sick.
Strongly do NOT recommend, at the $50 price point for two awful entrees. Could’ve had better food if I’d literally bought a TV dinner and microwaved it.

I am so disappointed!! The quality of the food has changed. Ordered crab wontons and the crab meat was extremely fishy. We threw them away. I ordered my favorite chicken lettuce wraps. They have gone downhill. Didn’t end up finishing anything we ordered. What a waste of $50. Make sure you check out the reviews!!

We ate in the restaurant but they serve everything in a to go box and don’t offer plates. Customer service is very minimal and only four bottled drink options. The food was okay. The chicken in the combo fried rice was very dry. I did enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps. Those were the highlight of the meal!
Not sure we will be back.

The prices are far too high for the quantity and quality of food you get. The food was horrible. The fried rice tasted like there was a ton of black pepper in it. The sesame chicken was mostly breading with very little meat. The lack of menu items and inability to customize dishes was the icing on the cake. This was my first PF Changs experience and it will 100% be my last!

PF Chang’s To Go was new to me. It’s primarily a pick-up / delivery place, so it’s small, but there are some tables if you choose to eat in. I ordered at the counter and got prompt and attentive service from Ashton. Food was good as any of their regular sit-down restaurants. Meals were freshly made (no delivery lag time) and tasty. Signature Lo Mein Combo was right on the mark and Mongolian Beef was tender with firm stir fried veggies – just enough crunch to be pleasant. When I had a payment technology problem, the manager stepped up to work it out. Kudos to Ashton and Daryian for their efforts.

Beware!!! I ordered two entrees and somehow it was $52.19. The lady on the phone did not tell me there was any up charges for fried rice $5.00 per entree…. You’ve got to be kidding me. Absolutely absurd. I won’t be returning!
