This place needs to get its act together. I placed an order this evening and was quoted 15 minutes. Upon arrival 25 minutes later, I was told it would be another 20 minutes, at least, until the food was ready. Completely unacceptable. I told them to cancel and refund my order. You cannot charge the prices you do and then waste people’s time with entirely unrealistic and unreasonable times.

Spring rolls were a little dainty but tasted fine, as did the potstickers.

My order was stolen by the third party service and the manager and staff on hand were so helpful, kind, patient and understanding. The manager reached out to the driver and after not getting a response, texted me to let me know they would be refunding me for the food, but also replace it as well. The staff and management went above and beyond. Thank you for going the extra mile to right someone else’s wrong.

Food was decent. Too expensive for an everyday lunch. $24 for drink, a very small serving of sesame chicken that was maybe 6 bite sized peices of chicken, mostly rice and vegetables. Everything is served in plastic containers and in a wasteful way(1 meal=2 full sized containers, 1 for the meal and 1 more full sized container for the 1 egg roll). Silverware and napkin comes in a separate plastic bag which was not necessary. It’s a relatively new spot so I’ll give them a chance to maybe streamline some of these things and cut back on the plastic- I think 99% of people are fine with 1 container and maybe be a little more generous on portions but time will tell.

Wish I would have read the reviews. I already thought it was incredibly overpriced but this food is cooked into oblivion and cold. We ordered the $15 potstickers that would be half priced anywhere else so I thought they would be good, hard no. They were cold, tiny and overly fried and dried out inside. Got chicken lo mein and I’m not even certain I’m eating real food. The chicken is dry and flavorless. The noodles were good. I’ll give them that. We also got the changs gf chicken and it tasted like fried food does when it’s been sitting out for a while, soggy and cold. I’m super disappointed. I did order for pickup at a certain time and I’m somewhat thinking it was made the time I placed the order and sat under a heat lamp. Regardless, it’s insanely overpriced and not flavorful – won’t be coming back.

I went to this new P.F. Chang’s around the corner and I’ve eaten at P.F. Chang’s Xpress before and the food was always phenomenal. I waited 15 minutes on a to go order for crispy honey shrimp. It was soggy the batter was falling off the shrimp my order was $16 and some change and I added fried rice and there was a half an inch of fried rice in the bottom of the bowl. I spoke with the manager and he gave me a refund but I don’t think I’ll visit the store again I was very dissatisfied with the food. The manager mentioned there a new restaurant and they’re still training their employees. You would think if it was a new restaurant they wouldn’t want to make sure that every order coming out of the window was perfect. No customer service anywhere anymore horrible quality

Ordered for the 1st time from PF Changs to go in Glendale. Sesame Chicken entree and Sesame Chicken Bowl. Both meals were practically tasteless and the rice with the entree was undercooked. Very disappointed- we threw most of it away. Will not return.

Definitely should’ve read the reviews. The chicken fried rice tasted like it came from the elephants cage at the zoo. I am traumatized. And it was spicy? Why would chicken fried rice be spicy?? Make it make sense!! I’m disappointed in you PF Changs to-go .
