My partner and I came on Valentine’s Day. A very big mix up occurred in the beginning with our reservation. Initially we would’ve had to wait almost 2 hours to be seated because of this but the manager, Elaine was extremely helpful! Not to mention professional and very friendly. She was able to resolve the issue and got us sat within 30 mins! Definitely saved the day.

So little and expensive , the front lady too lacy and ignoring the customers first thing arring just the check in we had to ask being listed after 4 times she saw us . The drinks tastes just like water and food nothing really good. (The only thing Waitress were kind and attention on all the details…)

I have been going to this location for a while now. Today, service, and food was not as expected. My family and I are very disappointed. Our waitress was not proactive and we had to ask for refills while visiting, and the attitude is not what a paying customer wants to deal with. My family and I work hard to be able to enjoy the dinning out experience. I hope management can do a better job in there staff training.

This was our third or fourth visit to this location, and what a huge disappointment it was. It wasn’t that busy at around 2:30pm, and our server was clueless as to what we were asking or requesting when placing our order. He then wanted to “close us out” even before receiving our food, as he informed us that he was clocking out and leaving for the day. What was even stranger is that he came back and let us know that this wouldn’t be the right thing to do, and then passed us off to another waiter who was even more clueless, and didn’t pay attention or understand anything we were saying to him. It took a long time before we got our food, and by then, one of the plates was cold, which had to be sent back to be re-heated. Also, there was little to no chicken on it. We’ve been to the P.F. Chang’s in Sherman Oaks and Rancho Mirage most recently and have never experienced any of the issues that we had with this location at The Promenade Mall in Temecula. On top of all of that, they had NO chopsticks! One of the wait staff let us know that they were on back order, but was sweet enough to look around and returned back to our table with a pair of chopsticks that she located at the bar area. We didn’t get her name, but thank you for making a bad experience just a little brighter. We will not be coming back, and may never return to this restaurant chain ever again.

Had the best dinner and service! We got everything Sonya recommended and they were the best! 100/10 would go there and ask for her! My family of four went there for an early Valentine’s Day celebration and we are so glad we did! Haven’t been there in forever and will be going back hopefully soon! Sonya is the best!! Not impressed! Portions were small considering the price. The Spicy Chicken was not spicy and the chicken was very gummy. Lettuce wraps were lettuce boats. Nothing memorable and something we would not order again. This meal was delivered by DoorDash and although it came late the quality was not that good. We will stick with Chef K. They normally provide us with a 5 star meal.

Food portions are small compared to before with the same pricing. Greeted with attitude by host and waitress as we dined in this morning. Food taste the same but the initial impressions turned us away from wanting to come back. Management should want to employee happy people that want to serve not people that make their guest feel like a burden
Came back today for a second try and we will NOT be returning. I wanted to leave when the SAME host gave us a poor attitude LAST TIME was working AGAIn! Followed up by not being greeted for over 15 minutes. Our server Senan let us know that the host never told him he received another table and it taking a long time to be greeted. We were fine until the potions sizes disappointed our visit even more. We will not be returning to this or any P.F. Chang’s after this experience. Will be next after Lazy Dog to fall. We waited to speak to a manager about how P.F. Chang’s has changed over the years but they were too busy according to our server

This was my first PF Chang’s experience so I didn’t know what to expect but it was great! Our food was delicious, fresh, hot and served beautifully and we had great service. Prices were very fair. Sat outside and it was great. We will definitely be back.
