PF Chang’s – Your Pasadena restaurant needs help!!!…I’ve been a customer of PF Changs for over a decade and have always been happy with food and service anywhere in the world but tonight left such a bitter taste in my mouth I doubt I’ll be returning for awhile and definitely not to this outlet.
There were only 3 other tables of 2 persons in my section of the restaurant on what seemed like a slow night . However, After being seated and told by the hostess that a server would be with me , I waited for an eternity before one actually came to me . Even she felt bad and came to serve us water while nervously looking around for a server.
When he finally showed up ( his name was Angel I believe based on my receipt) I told him we’d been waiting for quite a long time to which he responded…” well now I’m here , what’s your order!” …no apology nothing but the biggest most disingenuous fake smile I have ever seen. The only thing worse than bad service is fake service. Do servers not know that customers can tell when they are being fake nice ?
Anyways, When the food eventually came , it was very average tasting and the $25ish steak dish only had a sprinkling of meat heavily padded by potatoes. My noodle dish is just tasted not fresh.
Anyways , I had to track down the server for my bill which was itself another task . I’ve never been so happy to pay and leave a restaurant.
This was a fail all around for me and I seriously doubt I’ll be visiting again.

P.f. Chang’s one of the famous asian restaurant. It is crowded during weekdays also. It is spacious and accumulate large crowd as well. Interior depict Chinese and Japanese culture and tradition. Food is good and tasty. Its complementary dish also good. Its sauces are special and give good flavor. outdoor table service available.

We came thinking was going to be an amazing food, but was very untaste, doesn’t have the Asian flavor that should be , because the name of the place and decoration give you the wrong idea, the food was really awuful, I won’t come back I’m going to spen my money in other places, you loose a great customer like my and my husband,, we are very sad

Up on the second level of the Paseo, P.F. Chang’s is always good. They have a nice outdoor patio as you walk into the restaurant with a generous size fire pit. Even though it is your typical decor, it is very clean inside. All of the staff were very nice and personable. Service was very good. I ordered the Lobster and Avocado Roll and Kaleidoscope Roll, both were new to their menu and both were very good! Highly recommend them.

Every item chosen was delicious. The waitress was amazing! The table service was perfect. The only problem, floors were dirty… there were mostly families with little ones, so lots of paper and food on the floors.
