Hadn’t been to one of these since the now Planet Hollywood was the Alladin many many years ago, early 2000s. They do have the very good hot and sour soup and a 3 course special. It was a group of 5 adults, 2 kids and we all opted for this with a few add ones. Tasty with a good variety of choices for soups, appetizers and entrees.

We came in to eat and were seated, but after waiting about 20–25 minutes, no one ever came to take our order. During that time, we watched other tables around us get greeted and served without any issue.
The two employees at the front were busy joking and having conversations instead of checking on tables. When I asked to speak with the manager, Myra, she asked where we were seated and I had to physically walk her over to show her. I explained that we had been waiting over 25 minutes just to place an order. She admitted that it wasn’t okay and said there was supposed to be someone covering our section, but she couldn’t find that person.
What made it even more frustrating was that the tables to our left and right were being served normally, so we were clearly overlooked. As we were leaving, she asked the front staff where the person assigned to our area was, and they didn’t seem to know either.
Overall, the service was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t much of a surprise.

This was our 1st visit to P.F. Chang’s, We were celebrating our 4th year Anniversary. Wanted to do something different, so decided to come here. We loved our Server Samantha, She was on it, we had questions She had answers. It made it alot easier for us to decided nd order. We had Dumplings, Orange Chicken, Mangolian Beef, white rise nd Pat thai. Food was amazing, although I expected some hearty sides everything was okey. Samantha came by asking if everything was good, every so often. Making us feel like People, not just $$$ signs. I had about 6 Pink Lotus which was a great drink, my significant other had 2. At that point, Manager Burts came introduced himself. Had a polite nd enjoyable conversation with us, making sure we weren’t drinking nd driving. Offering to Uber us to our destination if needed, we explain to him that it was my turn to drink. Significant other was the designated driver, so he didn’t have to worry. Burt also gave us the B-day discount on our Cholate wall cake, dessert. We ended our night, We will be coming back nd try other food they have. Thank you for making our dinning experience by far the best!!!!

Went here with family for dinner, and I have to specifically thank Rick Sandoval for going above and beyond for us. I felt like a VIP from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious, drinks were well made. Great overall experience, I will definitely be returning!

It was our first time being in this location. I would say we had a nice lunchtime with my family. Plenty of parking, not too busy, and clean, amazing service, and of course delicious Chinese cuisine. We ordered chicken lettuce wrap, fried chicken, and crispy honey chicken. We didn’t wait too long for our order and it was exactly what we wanted to have for lunch. Also, it was not too bad price-wise for a family of five people. Nice family day in Long Beach and P.F. Chang’s restaurant.

Food was phenomenal and the service was lovely. Had an incident where a doordash driver followed me to the bathroom and hate crimed me verballed and our server Misti was a wonderful help with that situation. Definitely a wild night, but the staff (especially Misti) were wonderful and helped make everything better. My party ended dinner happy and in a good mood, so all is well.

Better late than never kind of review but during the world series my girlfriend and I visited this location and sat at the bar. Ricardo, the manager, was great and made our first visit a memorable one by providing excellent service and made some good recommendations. Will be coming back!
