I cannot recommend this establishment. We had reservations for 3:45 PM, and it appeared the front hostess was placed in a difficult situation by the management. It took approximately 20 minutes for us to be seated. Subsequently, we were seated at a dimly lit table where our server seemed to disregard us, as he was vocalizing his frustrations regarding the hostess’s performance. I requested to be moved to a booth with better lighting. We were then seated next to a couple who were frequently coughing, which prompted us to move to the other side of our table. A particularly concerning observation was our waitress handling items belonging to the coughing couple, and then proceeding to serve food to other tables, including ours, without any apparent handwashing in between. Our five-course meal experience was unfortunately marred by several issues. Our server was unable to answer questions about the dishes, and the initial soup course was incorrect. Although a replacement was promised, it did not arrive until after our final course. The pacing of the meal was also problematic, with courses arriving in rapid succession, preventing us from fully enjoying each dish without concern for the main course cooling. The dessert was burnt, and overall, the food quality was mediocre; the presentation exceeded the taste, with the exception of the chicken lettuce wraps, which were quite good. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment for a romantic evening, or even a typical dinner, due to these issues and what appeared to be a lack of effective leadership among the staff. My experience was far from satisfactory. Furthermore, the restrooms were unclean, affecting both the male and female facilities. This unfortunately detracted from what was intended to be a romantic Valentine’s dinner.

This restaurant has an absurd policy of telling all customers to wait 10-15 min for a table. Even when only two other tables are occupied or even when they have just opened for lunch and the place is empty. Why? Maybe they think it elevates the experience. Hmm. Actually, I find it irritating and disrespectful of my time.

We want to have a nice lunch without being hassled. We don’t have time to waste for no reason. The last two visits we were told to wait 5-10 min, even though it was not crowded at all. This is a ridiculous policy and needs to be changed. Today we impatiently waited and then when it was finally time to be seated, the hostess took us to a postage stamp sized table in front of the kitchen entrance. We asked about one of the many empty booths available and she told us we would need to go back to the entrance and wait again. We left.

The food is good, but I’m afraid we will not be back. And we do not recommend anyone with afternoon plans to go either.

If you have no plans at all, we recommend the kung pao chicken, fiery shrimp, hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef.

Andrew is awesome! Friendly and efficient. He was a whirlwind. The day we had him as our server, the restaurant was busy, but still had lots of seating available.

Dear management, if you read this, please consider updating your seating policy. Your customers are busy people who just want to buy and enjoy a nice lunch.

Ordered delivery did not receive my drink. Did not receive a spoon for my soup. Servings are very small, like for a child. Ordered gluten-free Mongolian beef with Brown rice. Brussels sprouts as an appetizer and egg drop Soup.

We got seated quickly and had a little one that needed a high chair. High chair was disgustingly dirty but they didnt care to do anything about it.
The food took FOREVER to come and the server was allover the place. Appetizers came at the end and we were so over it that we packed up to go boxes and left.

They prioritize any orders that come- catered, door dash and even if you are dine in, you will get it when they make it.

Orange chicken was extremely sweet

We were in a private party room. Brandon was our waiter and the bar tender. He was excellent. He was very attentive, and personable. He made some excellent suggestions on the appetizers and helped us make the best choices on the entrées. The only complaint I have is the private room we were in had a very loud echo. Otherwise the food was great and Brandon was phenomenal.

Was super busy. First time at the Reno location. Server was nice. Atmosphere wasn’t bad. My honey chicken was very good. Would have gave 4 stars but my sisters meal was skimpy. She ordered same dinner special and had almost no meat.

Oh man! I have always LOVED PF Changs but the last two visits have been so awful!! Not sure if it just was the times that we went or if it is actually a decline in quality. Both our last visits were on a Sunday, lunch time. The food was so disappointing. On most recent visit, I ordered teriyaki chicken and chicken fried rice. Not sure what dish was brought but it was definitely not teriyaki. It tasted burnt and inedible. When we asked the server about it, she insisted it was teriyaki and offered no alternative or solution. The rice was old with nothing in it, just dry hard rice and a few bits of chicken. No egg or veggies. My father ordered ribs and again they were old and dry. It was just such a let down especially since we live 45 min out of town and made a special trip for what we normally loved. And PF Changs is not a cheap meal which was always worth it in the past but paying the bill this time was like adding salt to the wound. We have since found a Thai place that, so far, has been pretty good and consistent. Not sure if we will ever give PF Changs another try or maybe try another location. ??

P.F Chang’s was Amazing. Came 2 celebrate Mothers Day. The service was amazing. The atmosphere & decor is exceptionally beautiful . I really want to come back to expand my selection. The Chef ‍ had no problem making a specific request due to not being able to have spicy ️ food . I was so happy with this restaurant. I would make a reservation ahead of time.

I waited 50 minutes for a delivery order here. For most of that time, I was repeatedly told the food was “almost ready,” which clearly wasn’t true. After waiting over 30 minutes, there was still no sense of urgency from the staff at all.
The excuse given was that they were “busy,” but plenty of restaurants get just as busy and still manage to keep orders moving. This felt less like being overwhelmed and more like poor organization and communication.
Nothing happened until I had to get the manager’s attention myself to get the order moving. As a delivery driver, I shouldn’t have to manage your kitchen just to pick up food.
For context: delivery apps do not compensate drivers for excessive wait times or canceled orders. That means drivers are forced to either take a financial loss by waiting or cancel and make nothing. In other words, drivers are punished for the restaurant’s incompetence.
This place wasted my time and cost me money. I won’t be picking up orders from here again.
