Although fairly busy, we were seated rather quickly. Reservations for dinner are a good idea. Lunch, probably unneeded. Servers are professional, without being overbearing. They are very good at giving ideas on food items and drink choices.
Non-alcoholic drinks, although bottomless, are still on the pricey side. We had pomegranate lemonade and peach boba breeze, both of which were $6.49. The chicken lettuce wraps are definitely a highlight. Although not the easiest to eat, they are well worth the effort. The flavorful meat, with a little sauce are such a devine flavor surrounded by the crunchy lettuce. Would recommend the full size order! They do have lunch specials which seem to come in around $14 a plate. Decent price for this day and age. They have fairly large servings, but not overboard. Typically entrees include Pad Thai, Beef & Broccoli, Kung Pao Chicken and Changs Chicken. Although there are chilis in many dishes, they are not overly spicy. The presentation is wonderful and fortune cookies are thrown in to end the meal.
A nice getaway with a huge outdoor seating area. Conveniently located in the Southlands area, we will return!
Service was amazing. Food was cooked well and seemed to be of quality. Just not the best taste. Too many competing flavors.
My wife and I had experienced a pretty awful past month. My wife had lost her job after informing her employer that she was pregnant and a few weeks later we lost our dog to cancer.
Nick and Olivia had overheard our conversation in passing and decided to give us a moment of levity that we desperately needed. Nick personally came over to give his condolences and offer support, parenting advice, and stories to uplift us, while Olivia worked to prepare the presentation of each dish and drink we delivered. The personal touches they provided amazed us and enhanced the entire meal tenfold!
We were ready to pay for our check when Olivia brought us one last surprise! She had noticed that my wife was interested in dessert and worked with Nick to provide a complimentary peanut butter dessert (the exact one my wife was interested in). Olivia also shared with us stories that she has as a mother, encouraged us to keep pushing forward, and gave us support for our passing pet.
Their actions as a team worked to transform this chain restaurant into a stunning, magical, and unbelievable dining experience. Their expertise, subtlies, and personal touches delivered an unforgettable experience that we will be coming back time and time again for. My wife and I are incredibly grateful and I could not recommend this restaurant enough!
Olivia was simultaneously serving, hosting, bartending, and running front of house in a restaurant that was clearly extremely understaffed and she did it with grace, professionalism, and leadership. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly, took ownership of the situation, and never once made excuses or placed blame. She calmly helped track down my lost online order, then took an additional order with ease, all while staying fully present and grounded under serious pressure.
What stood out most wasn’t just her competence. it was her character. You can teach technical skills. You cannot teach what she demonstrated: initiative, emotional intelligence, accountability, and genuine care. That level of professionalism is becoming rare, and she embodies what true customer service and leadership look like.
If I were hiring, I’d bring her on in a heartbeat to run my office. That’s how impressive she is.
I sincerely hope her managers and corporate leadership know what a gem they have in Olivia. In a time when customer service often feels like a lost art, she is a reminder of what excellence actually looks like.
Thank you, Olivia …. you are phenomenal
