Food was ok. Some dishes needed more flavor. Service was good. Drinks were delicious. Restrooms are in a hallway located behind host area. Girls restroom has 3 stalls. However the middle one was out of order that day. Great atmosphere.

We had the best time ever! The drinks and food were delicious! The temperature of the food was great and drinks were amazing! Our waitress, Crystal was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. We had a party of 5 and never did the food or drinks delay. My friends and I will come back and make sure we get Crystal at our table, the best! Thank you for making our girls night special !

Great place to eat in McAllen. Food is always good, as is the service! Centrally located and just across the street from Barnes and Noble. We like to grab a table in the bar (minimal wait), and the bar tenders are always prompt and entertaining. Warning: Bring friends if you order the 800-layer chocolate cake!

Very disappointed on my first and last visit to this restaurant. The service was good and so was the dumpling sauce…and that was it. The lo mein had no flavor, the Kung pao chicken was not spicy and kind of salty and had too much sauce. The glass iced water tasted pretty bad too; seems like it came out of a faucet in the wash room. Some pieces in my wife’s Mongolian beef were cooked medium rare. Panda’s Chinese is way much better and less than half the price. PF Chang’s food quality is “no bueno”.

Great customer service on our visit evening. Everything we ordered was fresh, and extremely tasty. I started with a hot & sour soup that was rich and velvety. My wife had the egg drop soup which she enjoyed. We order several appetizers as our meal and each and every one of them were what we expected. The tempura calamari had a great crust and flavor. The dumplings had a great crust, and when the sauce was poured over them, it really complemented the pork stuffing. My favorite dish of the evening was the chicken lettuce wraps. The iceberg lettuce was crispy, and the chicken was very flavorful. My wife loved her cucumber strawberry limeade, that had fresh muddled strawberries and string of cucumber. Our visit was pleasurable, and we will be back in the future.
