Deedee was absolutely amazing at P.F. Chang’s! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. My wife wasn’t really feeling the wine she ordered, and Deedee didn’t hesitate to remove it from our bill and recommend a different drink that ended up being perfect. That level of service really stood out.
She also recommended the ribs, and they were absolutely delicious — easily one of the best dishes we’ve had there. Her attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made our whole dining experience even better. The food was amazing, and Deedee’s service truly made the night special. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

We placed a call in order after spending a few minutes studying the detailed online choices of the location specific website. Hostess was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the time our order was placed till it arrived was just under 20 mins on a busy SA weekday night. Food was still steaming when we opened every entree container. Every morsel of food was fresh, packed full of juicy greatness. We will be ordering from this PF Chang’s location again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And . A must try for Everyone.

I’d been craving Chicken Lo Mein for the longest time, and it definitely hit the spot! I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. The orange chicken was delicious too, my husband asked for the sauce on the side to dip, which I’d highly recommend. The service was great. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

If I had to summarize our experience in one word, it would be: Diabetes. Everything we ordered was overwhelmingly sweet — so much so that I couldn’t even eat 10% of my meal — and we still ended up paying nearly $100.
We started with the refreshers. The Strawberry Refresher came without strawberries, and the Pomegranate Refresher had no mint. What was more frustrating was that the waiter never mentioned they were out of these ingredients.
Next, we ordered soup, which unfortunately had a bad smell and was served without fried noodles. At most Chinese restaurants — whether it’s a local spot like Lin’s or even fast-food establishments — fried noodles are a standard complimentary accompaniment with soup. It felt incomplete.
For appetizers, we ordered ribs. Again, they were extremely sweet. When we asked for sauce to balance the flavor, we were simply given a spoonful of chili paste. It’s surprising for a Chinese restaurant not to offer basic options like hot sauce or Szechuan sauce.
Lastly, we ordered the Mongolian Stir Fry — and once again, it was overly sweet. Not a single dish met our expectations.
Overall, this was a very disappointing dining experience, especially for the price point. We expected much better.
