It was good experince. Our server Santiago was very poliet and fixed any mistakes that were made. I wouldn’t recommend the teriyaki chicken we accidently got it anddd it wasnt something i would ever get (but maybe that’s just me). The restaurant was very well decorated the only problem was the music being too loud. (Also my friends tricked me into eating the whole wasabi ball). Overall very nice experience would come again.

Sever Anahi F. was awesome. Super friendly, quick with refills, and made sure everything came out right. Food was hot and fresh, and she kept checking in without hovering. Great service all around — we’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time visiting this location, though I’ve dined at this chain many times across the U.S. and have consistently had good experiences — which made this visit especially disappointing.
After being seated, I was completely ignored while the tables around me received excellent service. About 25 minutes later, someone from behind the bar finally noticed and asked if anyone had even been to my table yet. They took my drink and food order. A different staff member brought my drink, looked me up and down, visibly huffed, and walked away. The same attitude was present again when my food was dropped off.
The food itself was good, as expected from a chain, but the service never improved. I waited another 25 minutes with no assigned server — no check-ins, no refills, nothing. Servers actively avoided my table while continuing to help every table around me.
I eventually had to get up, approach the bar, ask to pay my bill, and leave. I’ve never experienced service like this at any other location of this chain. The food may be consistent, but the service at this location was unacceptable.

Egg drop soup with no egg. Chicken Lo Mein with no flavor other than raw onion and an idea of chicken(serving in picture). Best thing were the frozen pork dumplings.
Rush was over but service was still dead slow.
I suggest Panda Express or any 5 dollar plate over this.
