If I could give a zero, I would have done so. Even though ambience was more than a 5, the below par quality of food would make the overall rating to be zero. We’ve been PF Chang’s fans for years. Our New York experience has been great and I posted a great review on our Arlington experience a couple of years ago. However, this time, every item was bad. They were bland, distasteful, and not good! Period!!! Service was not great either as they were more focused on closing up than serving the customers (we were there at 8:50 and closing time is 10:00 pm). Disappointed to the core and felt wasting over $150.00 which could have been worth two dinners in a possibly less ‘prestigious’ restaurant! The presentation of food looked good! Appearance can be deceiving!

The food here is always amazing, never any problems! My kid loves the mongolian beef dish they have, unique flavors and I sometimes get it. I recently got the orange chicken, loved it! Came in with a few people for the holidays. We all had an amazing time. Price was reasoanble, not too expensive. Worth coming in, if you’ve never been!

Most of the dishes were just okay, but the braised chicken served with fresh lettuce wraps really stood out —flavorful, tender, and fun to eat. Worth trying for that dish alone. Loll

This food was so good & we had such a great experience. Grant K. was the best server ever. He was so friendly, on top of things, so fun & he gave us amazing service. He went above and beyond to help us celebrate our friend’s birthday & was just an outstanding waiter. Give him a raise!!!!

Christian and Drew were absolutely phenomenal!! Our drinks were always refilled and the service was so attentive! They recommended us great treats and meals while Christian even packaged our food that we had leftovers and the host was also very kind. Will definitely come back again!!!

Jackie is amazing! I’ve never dined at PF Chang’s before and my experience just grabbing Togo food was awesome! Everybody was friendly, the cocktails were phenomenal, and the service was expedient and perfect! I wish all restaurants had employees like the bartender Jackie and the manager Mr Joe!

I have waited 40 minutes for my food which I don’t mind if the server was complaint!
I barely can get ahold on him if I call for him he would answer with his back turned and says just a minute and disappears for 5-6 minutes!
My personal dish never arrived and when I informed them about the dish it’s as if nothing happened his simple answer was “okay” and left!
If you are looking for bad service this is the place to go to!

I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars, specifically for our waitress, Daniela, who was very kind, attentive, and did a great job with her service. She handled the situation professionally and remained polite throughout our visit.
Unfortunately, the food and management response were disappointing. We ordered the lettuce wraps and found a bug on the lettuce, which is obviously unacceptable. Daniela said she would inform the manager, but the manager refused to come out and speak with us directly. Instead, the server came back to apologize on their behalf. While we appreciate Daniela’s effort, it would have been more appropriate for the manager to address the issue personally.
Additionally, the sweet and sour soup was overwhelmingly sour.
Overall, the service from Daniela was good, but the food quality and lack of management accountability left a bad impression.

My wife and I come with our four year-old often and have had Grant serve us a few times. The food is always great, but Grant is seriously the best waiter as he is knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and is so good about telling us when our food‘s coming out, making sure we’re never waiting for another drink or other needs. Grant makes our experience awesome. Keep him around!
