So we went to pfchangs in Appleton with family tonight. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to pf changs; everything tasted like freezer meals heated in the microwave to everyone except the lettuce wraps. The crispy honey chicken was not crispy, and the egg drop soup i had wirh it tasted off. My mil said the shrimp app was disgusting. Even the wall of chocolate dessert was dried out and stale. We were told there was ONE person running the kitchen. This drink was really yummy, though.

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is really good. Lots of open space and definitely fits the theme of the food that they’re serving. The other places are serving the same type of food. The food here definitely was higher quality and I was overall very happy with everything that I got. I tried multiple appetizers and multiple drinks and two different entrées. Definitely not the cheapest place as my Bill was $100 with a decent tip. The waitress was amazing and it was a lot of fun for my first experience in the restaurant. Big kudos to her. Definitely will be going back with a little more moderation. The mixed drinks in my opinion are top notch and worth every penny. Be great to see him. Take the food just a little bit higher to the next level. It’s really knock it out of the park but overall, I was very happy. Jillian made the experience fun and her service was impeccable

Stopped in for lunch as it had been years since we were in one. Everything was great except super sticky table.. sticky floors in the bathrooms which left you stick stick stick all the way back to the table. While we were waiting on our bill the new lady that just sat down behind us asked for a new table due to stickiness.

Been coming for 25 years overall. Just this last trip. The spring rolls tasted like they were dipped in bleach. I think it was too much ginger.. and the new sauce that they dip in taste awful. Appetizers were all made a little bit wrong. kind of seems like they’re breaking in a new cook.

Food tasted good but im certain the kids portion was inadvertently swapped with the adult orange chicken meal we purchased based on the amount of food and how it was plated.
We ordered crispy honey chicken- good
Orange chicken- came with 5 and a half pcs of chicken…..
Kids meal sweet and sour chicken had a huge portion of chicken, with broccoli, rice and oranges. The way it was plated leads me to believe that this should have been the adult orange chicken.
Service was slow and there was only 3 tables total. For the price and no resolution I dont know if its worth it.

This is always a perfectly operated restaurant in Appleton. The meals are always perfectly prepared and come out to the table hot. Most importantly is that the staff here is always pleasant, but today, our service from Tiana was exceptional. She was attentive without being over us every minute. My water glass was kept full throughout my meal, which is very important to me. Tiana has a very pleasant personality and really makes you feel welcome. She seems to be glad that you’ve chosen to come to P.F. Chang’s and dine with them. It’s a real treat to have a friendly server who wants to serve your dining desires and health needs…and always with a smile.
When you dine here, ask for Tiana. You won’t be disappointed with her wonderful service and delightful personality.

Tonight was Valentine’s and we were in town with no reservations and decided sitting at the bar would be just fine. The place was chaotic and dirty dishes everywhere but but then we sat at the bar and got Sophia. Sophia was a game changer, so calm and courteous in the middle of a chaotic night. We will be back simply because of her and the amazing food!!

Was greeted with “I hope you know what you want to order”. Not a good way to start, as my friend I brought has never been to your establishment. We simply wanted a quick bite to eat, and it was 8:29pm, and you close at 9pm, and we were gone by that time. Felt very rushed and were not waited on attentively, as we weren’t asked if anything tasted OK, etc. I will bring my friend back at a more convenient time for your establishment, however I will do so during lunch so we can enjoy our meals. The food was “ok”, based on previous visits I could tell it was rushed and lacked the quality I raved about. Being in the food industry myself, you serve the last guest like the first, no matter what time they come through the door.
