It was our first time here. This was our experience. When we first walked in (party of 4) the gal at the hostess stand asked a server to find her a table four. The server told her to ask someone else and walked away leaving the hostess trying to figure it out. Then when they found us a table it was way in the back (not a problem) but the floor was sticky everywhere we went. At one point my daughter almost fell. We were able to order appetizers and drinks pretty quickly. They came and were alright. The egg drop soup I ordered tasted funny and had a weird smell to it. They offered me something different instead which was a house salad. It was ok. When we ordered our entrees (b kinda small for the price) they didn’t bring the fried rice out until we were getting ready to leave. We had to ask for the check 3 times before we got it. The food was good for the most part other than the soup. The service could have been better. The server was friendly enough he just wasn’t there very much. Overall I’d say it was ok but probably not a place I would want to come to often.

My son and I came for a spontaneous mother son lunch date and Queen was our server. From the moment she introduced herself I knew she would make us feel at home and accommodated. She checked on us and promptly refilled our drinks and even made sure my son’s meals were peanut safe. Thank you Queen! We’ll be back again soon.

We don’t usually eat at chain restaurants, but PF Chang’s is a great place to go if you need gluten free food (or non- gluten free, too!) in a nice atmosphere with good service! They are very careful about bringing your food separately on a different colored plate, so our family of Celiacs feel good about eating here! Fun drinks or mocktails, too. Servers have always been friendly & helpful. If you want to sit at the bar & watch a game, they’ll change the channels for you to the game you want to see.

The greeter was friendly and quickly seated us. Our server came quickly, asked how our day was going, and if it was a special occasion. I thought that was nice.
We placed an order for the chicken lettuce wraps for appetizers. The lettuce was really crisp and large enough to fit a nice portion of chicken mix. (I’m not sure what was mixed with chicken but it was just the right amount of spicy) You also get a dipping sauce.
We opted for the two for $20.00 per person special which includes the appetizer, salad or soup and an entrée each. I thought that was an amazing deal since you get a nice selection of entrée choices. You could choose rice or noodles.
My husband got the spicy chicken and I had the beef and broccoli. The service was really fast. Food was hot. Each proportion was nice size.
It really is a cozy place since there was enough space between all the tables. Also the manager stopped by to ensure service and food was to our liking.

Food was fantastic. Our server Ms. Emma was very nice and kept all our drinks on full!! Thank you … you made our night memorable and fun! She made us feel like we was the only ones in the restaurant even though they was clearly very busy on a Thursday night. My grand daughters birthday dinner was extra special. Thank you again! The food was great but lacking presentation. Nothing really different or special from the other Chinese restaurant that we went to but I can tell their food is freshly made – not reheated or placed in a microwave.
The serving is of substantial size and I love that it is really made from scratch. Oh I can tell when it has been precooked. The oil that they used taste good and new too – again, I can tell when they use cheap once.
I love the ambiance of the restaurant and not noisy and well lit. I could have given 4.5.
Kudos to the staff, they deserve your tip!

Our service was excellent. It was a hard day and we needed a good atmosphere and a smile and we got it, plus good food. It was my first time here and I will most definitely be back. Thanks, Queen! Hope you’re our server next time!

Food was great, service was prompt and friendly. Our waitress pre-cleared the table and constantly checked in to make sure we were happy. We loved the dynamite shrimp, pan-seared pork dumplings, and spicy chicken. The view of the fountains was so lovely. 10/10 dinner experience
