The food and drinks are great ..I had a lemon drop and it was too good..my appetizer was veggie rolls lord too good I even ate the fried noodles my salad was great I wanted more. I went to PF changs for the first time in Naples florida, my friend I was dining with had to ask “is the good chef here today?” Well “the good chef” must have been working there, because our food was good. Here, we must have had “the bad chef” and all of that makes sense now.
We ordered 3 appetizers, and 1 we had 1 of the 6 pieces of the crab wonton. They were super fishy tasking and im certain the crab was bad in it. I ordered the beef Kung pow, it wasnt cooked and could taste the flour used in the breading. My spouse ordered the mongolian beef. It was ALL green onions. Im not exaggerating, and entire bowl used for the fried rice was filled with the onions.
I left your establishment hungry.
When letting the waiter know, no “im sorry” no ” ill have that adjusted” , he just took the dishes we complained about amd walked away.
If I ever return the only thing I will ever order is the soup amd will be in Naples only when “the good chef ” is working.
But how bad is it that this is even a thought, and the more people i told about this, the more that conformed “oh yes, always verify who is cooking, thats just normal for PF changs!

Our server Emily (9853?) was FANTASTIC. Literally someone who should be leading the team. Despite living in Dearborn for over 10 years, and now down the street in Allen Park for the last two years, I’ve never been in to this location. Not only was the food SO very good (honestly, I was really impressed), but Emily was so personable and funny and helpful and most importantly, she made SURE to double check with me about everything because I let her know I have celiac and couldn’t have gluten.
I must say, as someone who has worked every restaurant position over the course of a decade, I tend to have high standards for servers – even if the food is great, the service can easily make or break a visit for me. We will 1000% be back in and Emily was absolutely the deciding factor.
One small point to touch on (and only because it was so awkward) – on the way out we saw a blonde gentleman who was in different attire and who I assumed to be a manager. I mentioned to him that Emily was outstanding and maybe he didn’t quite hear me, but he kind of gave me a half-hearted and delayed “thanks.” A bit weird. Maybe Emily could retrain him? Just a thought.

Emily Our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. From start to finish, her service was flawless she anticipated what we wanted before we even had to ask. It’s rare to have someone so professional and personable at the same time. Honestly, I’d come back just for her service alone. She made our dining experience feel special and effortless. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

The last three times I’ve gone here they have given me the wrong portion of food. I paid $38 for two large salads and got two small salads. In their website two large salads would have been $32. So unless they gave themselves a tip (it was take out) they are stealing our money. Last time I ordered Mongolian beef for dinner and got the lunch size. Either the employees are stealing or they’re are ripping us off.

The Dearborn, Michigan, restaurant has been a longtime fixture in our community, with employee longevity guaranteeing great service and consistent taste. On this visit, I had the signature lettuce wraps, which were plentiful and tasty. The pork egg rolls were still hot when they arrived at the table, and the dipping sauce had a bit of a horseradish-y tang to it. My chicken fried rice entree was large and had great flavor, and all three dishes were fresh. Dan, the manager, came to my table to check on our order and he was most gracious and friendly. I’ll be back again soon.

I went to P.F Chang’s and let me tell you for my first time. The food was super good and they had a lunch special.
Food
I got the lunch special which was hot and sour soup, brown rice, and orange chicken. It wasn’t during their time of day so the food came fast. I tried their twist on Japanese old fashion. It tasted so good.
Service
There wasn’t much time to wait for a seat and the waiter was cool. She was attentive to our allergies and informative about the menu.
Atmosphere
The atmosphere was cool. I enjoyed the decor.
Overall, I’ll be going back to this place again. Plus they had chop sticks in the napkins. If you find my review help drop a thumbs up

We experienced good food and good service on our visit here. We ate an early dinner, and the restaraunt was almost totally empty. Our server was attentive and prompt, and the food was out with good timing.
We got the Chang’s Feast dinner deal for two. Our appetizer was the Chang’s lettuce wraps. It’s a large, tasty appetizer that could probably be an entree for 1 person. For our mains, we got the Chang’s spicy chicken and the beef with broccoli. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The beef was tender and tasty as well.
On our way out the door they gave us a few coupons that were good for a few weeks. This is a good PF Chang’s location worth going back to.

Always have such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s. As a vegetarian, I love that they have a lot of delicious options. And their chocolate cake is AMAZING!
