We made reservations for 8:00 pm on Valentine’s Day and we arrived at 7:40, unfortunately we didn’t get to dine for our scheduled time as it was extremely packed and we were unable to get to the desk to check in. Everyone waiting was complaining about how long they had been there and that they haven’t even sat the 7:00 p.m. reservations as of yet. People that were waiting did not want to budge to let anyone through and were staring at you the minute you walked which made the environment very uncomfortable as there were many angry people waiting which made us nervous to force our way through to check in (people weren’t moving even with other people saying excuse me) This location has been our “go to” for 15 years and we have never experienced this here. We celebrate everything here. We were extremely disappointed as I drove from Canada and was looking forward to a nice romantic evening at our favourite spot. We decided to leave around 8:20/8:30 to walk across to Andiamo Pasta & Chops to see if we can get a table. When we walked in no one was waiting and they told us over an hour wait. We didn’t end up staying as we were hungry and didn’t want to wait that long, but the environment was controlled and the setting was calm. Someone definitely dropped the ball at PF Chang’s this day and it was so chaotic. I understand it is one of the busiest days of they year but they should be better prepared as reservations were obviously over booked. We ended up getting take out and driving back home. We are extremely disappointed. I did send an email but have yet to hear back.

Excellent food and good service! Chicken lettuce wraps, crispy green beans, and sweet and sour chicken were all amazing and on point. The Chocolate Souffle was out of this world, I’d go back just for that. They were a bit stingy with the sauces, but they did bring more whenever asked. Our server could have been a bit more attentive. Careful if you are gluten free. You need to request the dish be made gluten free even if it has a GF next to it, otherwise it will be made the regular way. We didn’t realize this at first. Overall, a good experience and I will go back again.

On the minus side, EVERY time I go the menu changes! This time, we got the Valentine’s Day menu (on March 4), and a full dinner menu -at lunch! We had to ask for the lunch menu. Seriously??? Our server told us the lunch menu is being phased out unless you ask for it. Makes absolutely no sense. Maybe I need to find another lunch spot…

We had a fantastic triple date night with friends on Valentines Day. Everything went extremely well, we had reservations set and went a little earlier to avoid some of the crazy rush and even though it was extremely busy, service and food was still fast, friendly, and fresh. ❤️

I took my daughter here and she told me that she was glad we went. She had a good time and enjoyed the pork dumplings. Which was surprising because she is a very picky eater. Katia was our server and just made the experience all around better. She was very friendly and took care of us both. We will be retuning because of her. (Try not to bully people so much in the future.) Food was alright. Usually better but I tried something new this time, and was a miss for me. Other food there is usually good.

Valentine’s Day at P.F. Chang’s was a great experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, served fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered exceeded expectations.
Sanjida stood out with excellent customer service. She was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at the right times, and made sure our evening went smoothly. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the night feel even more special. She genuinely enhanced the entire dining experience.

The food was good. We have a great experience. The waitress was attentive. We came near closing time but we didn’t lose out on quality. We enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu.

If I could give this infinite stars I would, and that is due to one person…Gene. When I say my experience revolved around the service of this gentleman, I mean it. When I say he did not just look at this as a job, but as a passion, a love, a lifestyle, I mean it. I am blown away by the effort and care this gentleman put into his job and serving our table. We ordered our food (and mind you there was 8 of us) and within 25 minutes all our food was ready. Now you might be thinking that the reason is was so quick was because of the cooks, which is true, but I am mentioning this because he SPRINTED to the order machine after taking our order, and this was by no means a little jog, it was a SPRINT. After delivering our food he called on each one of us individually to ask if we needed anything which I thought was splendid service. Our drinks were promptly refilled and he even suggested certain drinks to pair well with their famous sesame chicken. Just when I thought this service couldn’t get any better, it did. The reason we were eating at the changs in the first place was due to a friends birthday which Gene was aware of. Just before we were getting ready to leave, Gene approaches our table with the most wonderful desert and not only did he have 8 spoons, he performed happy birthday to the table and hit several high notes that I was fathomed by. If you go to this location, do not just ask for Gene, demand him. You will not be disappointed, you will be touched (figuratively). Thank you Gene.

Service was above and beyond our server Dejalena made sure to bring our soup and salad out timely. The lobster dumplings were out of this world, I had a rising dragon margarita and it was excellent, and my wife had an espresso martini and she had no complaints our waitress gave excellent recommendations all around if you’re planning on going to P.F. Chang’s definitely visit the one on Hall Road and make sure to ask for Dejalena as your server.
