This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. It was my birthday and they had a special setting at the table, great customer service and a wonderful celebration experience at the end. The staff signed a BD card for me, there was a sparkler and dessert. It was lovely and the food was delicious. Thanks to Shannon and Yuliza for taking wonderful care of our night out.

The experience was amazing! Robert is an incredible manager that made the visit spectacular. We ordered chicken wrap, pepper steak, teriyaki trio, and hot and sour soup. Robert came to our table and mixed the 3 sauces an experience that made us feel special! We were also treated to a birthday dessert. Our server was Dee and she was very attentive. The ambiance was great. Thank you for a spectacular lunch!

So this used to be one of my fav spots! The Lo Mein and the veggie spring rolls used to hit the spot. But now quality of food has gone down so bad! Even the veggie spring rolls seemed like frozen once! Also the Lo mein were not that great!
Apart from food , our waitress has racist issues! She was so so bad ! She looked down at us as we were people of Color! Girl! It’s a Chinese restaurant so that’s also a cusine with people non American! Please P F Chang’s change the waitresses ! Trust me she was side eyeing , rolling her eyes! Girl we paid for it! Worst service ever!

I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to the server, Jalinn. From the start, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Jalinn gave excellent menu recommendations that I ended up loving, and everything came out exactly as expected.
He checked in at the perfect times, kept things running smoothly, and made me feel well taken care of without being rushed. It truly elevated the dining experience. I’ll definitely be back and I hope to have Jalinn again!

Place was empty but had to wait 5 minutes for the hostess to clean tables just to set us at a table that had already been cleaned. Sat for 10 minutes before we got acknowledged by a waitress. Another 10 to get our drinks, 15 for an appetizer then she didn’t take our food order til after the appetizer was gone. 20 minutes for our food which was sub par at best and then we sat for 15 minutes after we ate until i finally got the attention of our waitress and asked for a box and the bill. We both upgraded to fried rice and got one small bowl to share between the 2 of us. We were at our table for 85 minutes for below average chinese food that costs way too much. First and only time I’ll be visiting a PF Changs

Jalinn was so awesome! My niece loves P.f. chang’s and was her birthday dinner of choice, and Jalinn really went above and beyond to make it special. We were the only people in the restaurant for an early dinner so there was time to goof around and laugh. We appreciated it beyond measure. She specifically said “will you write that he made me smile the whole time”. Thank you so much Jalinn!

Not impressed with the food. I had the honey chicken and it really didn’t have any flavor to it. Very disappointed in that. The lettuce wraps was definitely the star of the dinner as well as the pear mojito.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jalinn who was our server tonight! He was phenomenal! I truly enjoyed my experience. He was so accommodating to our family and is very personable and funny but still professional! I’ll try requesting him in the future. Now, in full transparency, we’ve had some issues with food the last couple times dining here, BUT the manager, Brittany, is so nice and is a real sweetheart! She remade my food tonight and it was perfect! I had the orange chicken which I really enjoy (better than Panda Express I might add). And I love the butter cake! It’s really nice to know that if a mistake is made, Brittany is very caring and always makes things right to ensure guests have a positive experience and leave happy! As you can see, we keep coming back 🙂 Thanks Jalinn and Brittany! You guys did great!

Food was delicious! I got the Miso Glazed Salmon, it was absolutely fantastic. What was more fantastic was our server Jalinn! He was an absolute pleasure, uplifted the environment and made me and my husband feel very welcomed! Had a delightful experience, will be coming back, and will be asking for Jalinn!
