My husband and I decided to go out to dinner for Valentine’s Day. We chose PF Changs and selected their special menu of dinner for two for $89. Everything was perfect! Our reservation was for 7pm and we were seated on time even though the restaurant was packed with many in the waiting area. The hostess asked if a booth was ok and we were thrilled because that’s our favorite. The 5 course meal was so much food and all very delicious. Our server Chloe was friendly and sweet. We ended up bringing home so much food for lunch, dinner and dessert the next day. Tons of amazing food for $89. The Great Wall of chocolate dessert exceeded our expectations but I didn’t get a picture! We will definitely be back! Thank you Chloe and PF Changs for a wonderful dining experience.

Food was ok. Just a couple minor criticisms; chicken lettuce wraps didn’t have a lot of chicken, lettuce wraps themselves were very small, made it tough to make a wrap. Mongolian beef was just a little too crispy.

The service was okay, but not warm or welcoming it felt more like they were just doing their job rather than making customers feel comfortable. Overall, the experience was just mediocre and not something I would be excited to visit again.

Belinda(Bella) was so kind and patient. It was our first time in and she took her time in explaining the menu offerings and her recommendations. This was a top tier experience! My daughter deals with severe food allergies and she made sure to accommodate get her a menu and make me feel secure in feeding my baby and that she will be safe eating here 10/10 would recommend and the food was phenomenal as well!!

I dined in on a Friday night and Chloe was my server. Her service was absolutely remarkable! We received all of our food and beverages in a very timely manner. Chloe suggested the Lychee Martini and it was stupendous! Our dumplings and honey chicken was hot, fresh, and steaming. Our waters stayed full, and our bellies left full. Chloe’s personality absolutely made the dining experience top tier. I would absolutely recommend!

I haven’t gone to a PF Changs for about 10 years now and went for the very first time today. For context I’ve dined Michelin all over NYC and CHI. Yes I know this is a chain restaurant, but it’s supposedly a higher tier chain. However this was the biggest let down for a meal I’ve ever had. The service was super slow! Took 15 minutes to get a glass of sake. All the appetizers and entrees were cold and absolutely flavorless. My 1 year old nephew’s baby food has a better flavor profile than this. Our hostess was great and very attentive. Gordon Ramsay would shit on this kitchen for the lack of quality in the food. Corporate needs to stop cutting corners and charging ridiculous prices for garbage food. For those reviewers raving about it have obviously not eaten at good restaurants or have developed their palates enough. My family and I will never be back to this terrible chain and I look forward to the day PF Changs goes bankrupt and closes every single restaurant.

Don’t waste your money. If you’re looking for at least decent Asian cuisine… This ain’t it baby. The meat was giving impossible meat texture. The flavor wasn’t there. The rice wasn’t cleaned or tasted like it was two days old. Definitely wasn’t fresh. Possibly losing business and trying to cut corners. But when you cut corners on quality the patrons can tell. The pot stickers were ok. Needed more seasoning. The ribs were the best thing we ate. As far as portion sizes it was too much for an appetizer. I could have just ate the ribs. The honey crisp chicken wasn’t crispy. The peppers in the pepper steak were too big and the sauce for both meals was runny. Cut them up. The staff was excellent. The atmosphere was great. But it’s ,$75.00 I can’t get back.

Ian described the dish with enthusiasm and accuracy, and his recommendation made me feel confident in my choice. Throughout the meal, he was consistently professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, effortlessly balancing multiple tables while still making me feel like a top priority. He refilled my drink promptly, ensured my food came out hot and fresh, and even asked how I was enjoying everything mid-meal to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It’s rare to find servers who genuinely care about the quality of your experience the way Ian clearly does. His attention to detail, personable service, and positive energy made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location again soon largely because of the outstanding service I received from him. If you’re ever dining at this P.F. Chang’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Ian. He’s a true example of what great hospitality looks like.
