Suprise! The latest yummy recommended steak, mushroom whatever delight that was, it was delicious! Super tender. The new cranberry ice drink, yum! And the consistent chicken lettuce wraps, perfect too. Enjoyed a leisurely late lunch/dinner before hitting the Selby Gardens Christmas light show. Our server “Ashley” made great recommendations and opened our eyes to not sticking with our tried and true dishes here. She was spunky, fun and arm twisting with her butter cake recommended at the end. Okay, okay so I didn’t need that, but did I ??? Sooo good. Manager stopping by table checking on our satisfaction was cool too. Feel welcomed, go to this PFChangs! Bravo! Local approved.

A great dinner out with my sister and Mom. My mom is an islander and loves flavorful food and everything she ate was to her satisfaction (a rare moment). My sister and I enjoyed all of our dishes and drinks as well. Our waitress, Iryna, was delightful.

Crispy Green Beans appetizer had a crispy breading and the sauce paired great with it and a good amount to share.
Cons:
Premium Price ($19.99 per person “Chang’s Feast”, cones with 2 entrees and a appetizer to share which is great but many options are additional up charges like fried rice ~$5)
Not a good value for amount of food, especially compared to other Chinese restaurants. You would have to go during Happy Hour to get good value with 1/2 priced appetizers.
Regular fried rice was flavorless but gluten free fried rice was not (I think they mixed up the two but my waitress assured me they did not)
Pricey drinks, ~$15 for the small drink my fiancee got
Too expensive and not enough value for me to go more than once a month but delicious food and a good place to go nevertheless.

I had my birthday dinner here this year and it was the most wonderful experience. They accommodated our group of 25 when we arrived by moving an entire table so we could be as close to each other as possible with such a large party. Our group had multiple servers which meant we were never running out of drinks, water, or having to wait between check ins. Kate and Andrea were absolutely phenomenal. Their energies only added to the party vibe in the best way. Kate was upbeat, Andrea was so sweet, and both of them were attentive. Food was great, all came out perfect. Drinks were delicious and the best price you can find in Sarasota. The manager Lydia came out to check on us and even brought this fun bubble gun for us to take a few pics with which was so whimsical and the best little touch. Definitely a place to have an event at where you’ll know it will be exactly what you want. Thanks for making my day so memorable!

We love PF Chang’s and have had many positive experiences, which is why this visit was disappointing. We called ahead to place a large order and even offered to prepay. The cashier told us she did not know how to process card payments over the phone. When we arrived, instead of being greeted, we were met with rudeness and were scolded for not prepaying—despite the fact that we had offered to do so.
Unfortunately, Natalie was not a good representation of PF Chang’s customer service or hospitality during this interaction. We hope she receives the necessary training to better support customers, especially when handling large orders. We look forward to returning once this issue is addressed, as we truly enjoy PF Chang’s food and usually excellent service.

We came back for dinner here because we were given a free appetizer card and we are so happy that we did. The lettuce wraps were amazing and we tried a couple of the 899 special cocktails. We had a great time and the best part was our waitress, Megan, she made excellent drinks and she was always checking in if we needed anything else. She was very friendly, attentive and helpful.
She takes care of the bar area so that’s where we will be coming the next time we’re in. Thank you for a great evening!

The best thing about this visit was our waiter Danielle! The food in the other hand was horrid and tasteless. I couldn’t eat my meal. I had the Buddha Feast which I’ve had many times at other locations. I couldn’t Even eat it. I ate a few bites. Sauce was watery. Bland. I added salt tastes it. Then I added, chili sauce and nothing helped. The manager gave me a refund. Also….THE LEMONS WERE ROTTEN!!

I recommend visiting this establishment. Delicious Chinese cuisine. We ordered ribs, two types of chicken, beef, rice. All the dishes were delicious. The order was brought quickly. I would like to see napkins on the tables. Not yet killed, pleasant interior. I liked the large bar.

Would give zero stars if I could! My boyfriend and I Tried the egg drop soup, hot and sour soup and the chicken fried rice . All were disgusting!! The fried rice was tasteless and soggy. Soups were even worse, couldn’t choke down a spoonful and literally spat the soups back in the bowls. Worst food experience ever. Im convinced we ate dog or cat meat. For $60 total rip off, I will not be returning, thoroughly disappointed. Also the waiter was either drunk or high smh.
