PF Changs is one of our favorite restaurants. However our experience was Sub Par last night! We sat at the bar waiting for friends to have dinner at 5pm. I asked what was on happy hour special only to hear there were no beer or wine on special! Only 4 choices of cocktails, which they were out of 2 of the choices. To me there is NO HAPPY HOUR !! False advertising. Once we were seated and placed our drink order it took over 10 minutes! I had to go to the bar to get our beers and wine.Not Good ! When I ordered another beer it came with a warm glass right from the dishwasher. Not Good !

This chain has been around for decades and it has not changed. Same menu and ambiance has held up all this time. Same dishes. Same flavors. Very consistent across all locations. The lettuce wraps, hot sour soup, and lettuce wraps are phenomenal to me. Some of the best out there. The main dishes and other apps are the benchmark across which all other Asian restaurants with a Chinese bias should be judged. For authentic Chinese or China Town quality, head elsewhere. For a family gathering or casual date night this is a good choice as the vibe and food consistency are worthy enough to please.

1st time dining in, cant wait to come back! We had some delicious food and good drinks! Our server gave us a few recommendations that turned out FABULOUS. My daughter wanted the left overs taken home! We will definitely be back. Good atmosphere and the best service Ive had all month! Our server was Lisa and she read my mind, brought back refills and napkins, boxes everything we needed she answered. Will definitely be back!

Shared a Birthday lunch with Family and Friends. Vivian was our server and was outstanding! Very pleasant, attentive and courteous. The food was amazing as always and the Bday dessert was out of this world! Will ask for Vivian again next time. Well done!
