My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this PF Chang. Averi made it even better with her awesome customer service. She helped my daughter and I choose our drinks and food selections. We came in expecting great service and great food, and you absolutely delivered. From the moment we sat down, everything was on point. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out just right.
What truly made the experience stand out was April. She went above and beyond without ever making it feel forced. She had perfect timing, checking in on us exactly when needed and anticipating what we needed before we even had to ask. That level of attentiveness really made a difference.

I love a PF Changs visit! Didn’t have to wait to be seated, everything was clean and inviting. The lettuce wraps will always be a staple! Our menu guide Bianca recommended the banana roll with coconut ice cream – what a dessert to top the night off with! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great evening! Food was excellent and came exactly as it was supposed to. Victoria was a wonderful waitress. Checking on us, and offering refills when needed. (Never rushed either). Very happy with our visit tonight.

It’s actually appaling how bad the food the was. The fortune cookies aren’t the main star of the show but when you get stale cookies, you know you’re going to have to buckle up for this one. Surprisingly, there were no delays, food was ordered and delivered quickly, yet somehow the packaging was nice and warm but the food? The food was frigid cold. It was my only lunch for the day so after a few forced couple of bites into the meal, I immediately regretted buying from here. I would have been better off starving myself, honestly. I can understand the chain is not authentic but their teriyaki chicken is an actual joke, what’s advertised is not at all what you get and the taste? Its turned me off from anything teriyaki for a while. Since lunch, I’ve been back and forth to the bathroom at work just vomiting and even when I made it home, the pain has just gotten worse. I couldn’t let the day go by without warning ANY potential customers of the turmoil this location or chain’s food causes. Will never order from here again and definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone

PF Chang’s is one of my favorite chain restaurants, and this visit just reminded me why. We tried the new lobster bisque dumplings and they were so good. And even though it might sound a little random… I always order the California roll here.

We had such a great experience last night, we usually go to the one in Boca Raton! And Tanvir our amazing server, made it even better, they’re so lucky to have him.
He was attentive without being pushy, super knowledgeable about the menu (especially the new items), and just really on point the whole time.
What stood out most was how in tune he was with the table, when we were ready to go, he noticed right away, brought the check quickly, and even brought boxes without us having to ask (which almost never happens). He’s honestly the kind of server you wish every restaurant had.

I like the food at PF Chang’s. Soup portion is huge and the specials are varied and so far all good. Lo Mein and Fried Rice make good staples with shrimp or other toppings of your choice. Not too spicy too. Service is slow with not enough servers but they are all very pleasant and hardworking. Call for a reservation if you can. I’ll be back for certain!

Dorothy was incredible she offered us the best options and her service supercedes all of our expectations. The food was amazing we had the dumplings and ribs and chicken lettuce wraps were just chiefs kiss. Dorothy made us the best margaritas and paired me with the best wine choice. We will definitely be coming back especially now that we know Dorothy. Check them out. Did I mention she was from Brooklyn well that was a plus being that I’m from The Bronx!! Well done food drinks and service on point!! Thanks again.

I came in for dinner tonight and had Tyler as my server. It was my first time at P.F Chang’s and he did a really nice job at making me feel welcome. He recommended me the mongolian beef and it was delicious. He brought out all my sides out without having to ask and was very attentive to my table. The food was good but there are many places for chinese food in boca but I would go back to have Tyler since quality service is hard find. Can’t wait to bring my family back!
