Wow — what an amazing early dinner experience . I was eating alone and expected the usual slower service you sometimes get when a restaurant isn’t busy, but that was not the case. Leon at the bar was incredibly attentive and patient, and truly made me feel welcomed.
The food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
I recommend this place 100000% and will definitely be back!

So I came here Valentine’s Day and my experience was not great. And yes, I understand it’s one of the busiest days of the year which is why I gave grace but the service, food and drinks all were bad that night. Not to mention the lychee martinis were being made with absolut instead of Tito’s as promoted. Luckily I revisited again and Carmen completely saved the initial rating I had intended on giving. It’s like this visit was a completely different place, from the moment we walked in with the hostess. Carmen took care of us at the bar. Drinks tasted how they should. She provided exceptional customer service, made suggestions, and communicated through out our dining experience. She was very attentive and unknowingly made up for the previous dining experience we had.

We arrived at P.F. Chang’s near Aventura expecting a relaxed and pleasant dinner and asked to sit in the gallery area surrounded by greenery and facing the intercostal. There were only one or two tables occupied, yet both hostesses told us — three separate times — that the area was “not available” and directed us to the street side, facing the highway.
After we were already seated, and only then, we were told we could move there — but by that point the experience had already started on the wrong foot. As the evening continued, multiple groups who arrived after us were seated in the very same area we had been denied, which made the whole situation feel completely arbitrary.
Our server later offered explanations that were unusual and not very convincing, and that only added to the discomfort.
Management (EAN CARROL) should take a closer look at how the front desk is handled, because that’s where the guest experience truly begins. Unfortunately, the food itself was nothing memorable either.

I’ve tried P.F. Chang’s in different countries and it has always been one of my favorite restaurants, but my experience at the Miami branch was disappointing. The food wasn’t great — the dynamite sushi had dry shrimp, and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. The rice was dry and smelly!
What bothered us most, though, was the service. Our waitress was unfriendly, walked away while we were speaking, and gave little help when we asked about halal options. When I asked for napkins, she dismissively suggested using the fabric napkins and only brought two. Overall, not the quality or hospitality I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

My server Daniel delivered exceptional service! Very attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. They anticipated what we needed before we even asked and kept everything running smoothly. Their professionalism and warmth made a huge difference. My grandma birthday dinner was a success because of him. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s in North Miami and a big part of that was our server Jocelyn. She was super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything at our table was taken care of the whole time. You can tell she really cares about the customers and making sure everyone has a good experience. The service was fast, the recommendations were great, and she kept such a positive attitude the whole time. Definitely ask for Jocelyn if you come here — she made our visit even better!
