From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and taken care of immediately. Our waitress was sweet, attentive, and on point. The lychee martini with excellent, and the Mongolian beef was absolutely divine. We had a wonderful birthday celebration and definitely be back.

My boyfriend & I chose PF Changs for lunch, it used to be one of our favorites! After this experience we won’t be back. When we sat down, we weren’t greeted for over 20 minutes. When the server came over she didn’t apologize until we said something. She was very slow with the rest of our service. We both got the lunch special, the chicken choices were good, but the lo mein is a $3 up charge and it was the most bland lo mein we’ve ever eaten. Plus, mine came with black stuff all over the noodles! The manager checked in by walking past us briefly saying “sorry for the delay” and as he walks by we notice he’s wearing backless clogs, almost like Birkenstocks. This one experience has changed our minds on PF Changs and we won’t be back.

We dropped by for an early dinner and ordered the chefs feast. Everything was delicious and our waitress was very nice. The barbecue ribs, egg drop soup, Asian Caesar and Mongolian beef was especially delicious. However, we asked to substitute the soup on the feast menu with a wonton soup which cost the same, but they refused to accommodate us and we ended up having to unnecessarily pay for an extra soup. The manager’s dismissive attitude and nonsense excuse to such a simple request made it worse. If not for this we would have given them more stars.

Michelle, our server, was awesome in every way! Appetizers were delicious and most of the food was also great. Beef and broccoli was missing some of the usual flavor but this didn’t ruin the experience. Better luck next time and thanks Michelle 🙂

This place serves high quality food, everybody was pleased and satisfied with the quality and the service and portion sizes. I was offered a menu for sea food allergies which was great. Our sever was on his game and made our night enjoyable. Everything was excellent. I would def recommend and will comeback with my family.

My husband wanted to take me to a special place for San Valentine and I suggested PFChangs. I didn’t care to go out since he has been going through chemotherapy and feeling weak but he wanted to make me feel special, plus it was his first time eating here. We traveled from Callaway, Panama City, an hour and a half and got there on time for our reservation @ 4 pm. We got the perfect booth in a corner and the ambiance was perfect with no too much people or noise. The Seater was very nice but the server seems distracted and uncaring. We have to repeat to her the drinks’ orders because she forgot we said no ice. Chicken lettuce wraps, salad and soup were perfect but the main courses were cold, dried and I am sure I got brown rice but was so tired of waiting for her to come back to check on us that we decided to ask for boxes and take it home, which now we are not sure if we can eat it because it’s too dried. It broke my heart to see how dried was his Sesame Chicken that he likes so much and my supposedly brown rice was tasteless, super dried and undercooked. What a disappointment for a San Valentine’s celebration that was not cheap.
UPDATE: We just opened the boxes SHE pack to bring the food home and when we tried to placed them in a pan to warm the fried rice we found the Sesame Chicken at the bottom. THAT’S NOT HOW YOU DO IT. It was supposed to be separated.
