It had been years since I had a chance to visit a PF Changs location, so I had to bring my party of 5 to celebrate and have some delicious food. We were seated promptly, but waited some time before a waitress came over. It wasnt very busy so this was a bit disappointing. The menu for the 3 course meal option was not explained so when we went to order we had to readjust our orders which was a bit confusing. The egg drop soup was awesome! The fried shrimp dumplings were AMAZING! The Red Dragon roll was good, we asked for more ginger, but it wasn’t brought out for sometime so we had finished the roll by that point. The lettuce wraps were good! Not a huge fan of the sesame chicken aa it lacked flavor, but throughly enjoyed the honey chicken. We ordered red velvet but found out after that they were sold out, so we opted for the Butter cake that was highly recommended. Even for those of us with a sweet tooth, we found it to be way too sweet and didnt end up eating it. I dont recommend. Was asked if I wanted a pop refill that never came. Ordered a coffee that also never came. Its always disappointing when you dont receive items you are offered or order. It cost $35-$40 per person which was a bit expensive for the lack of excellence in the service and some of the food.

We used PF Chang’s catering for our event, and it truly made the day extra special for our teachers. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and our teachers absolutely loved it. Everything was delivered on time and well organized, which made our Christmas party so much easier and stress-free. A special thank you to Samantha for orchestrating everything so seamlessly and for providing outstanding customer service from start to finish. We received so many compliments on the food, and it was such a joy to treat our teachers to something they genuinely enjoyed. We’re so grateful to PF Chang’s and highly recommend their catering for any event.

Very Disappointed.
When I found out I was going to be making a delivery close by, I intentionally skipped lunch looking forward to dinner my at P.F. Chang’s.
I generally look for the positives in any place I review. I’ve even visited someplace multiple times to verify consistency before posting a negative review. I’ve eaten at P.F. Chang’s across the Southeast U.S. many times and this visit was by far my least enjoyable.

I placed an online order, walked about 200 feet over to the restaurant and waited for about five minutes before my meal was ready. The staff was very polite. I was really looking forward to a nice hot meal. I got the the honey chicken with white rice and a spring roll. When I got back to the truck and opened the to-go container, that was the beginning of my disappointment. It looked less like a $20 meal and more like a microwave dinner, both in quality and especially quantity.
The flavor of the honey chicken was good. However, the majority of my chicken bits and pieces that looked more like leftover crumbs than pieces of tempura fried chicken from a reputable restaurant. I had three pieces of chicken that were at least the size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget, but that’s all, the rest were bits and pieces.
Unfortunately it did not get any better with the bed of white rice. It was somewhat dry, warm at best, with no flavor except for the rice that was lucky enough to catch some of the sauce.
I’m not even sure where to begin with the spring roll. It most definitely was not deep fried. It too like the white rice was barely warm. It tasted like a taquito that had been warmed on a truck stop’s hotdog roller grill. The first bite had a grainy pasty taste like that of eating raw dough or flour. I attempted a second bite but unfortunately it did not get any better and I ended up only eating half of it.
I regret to say that the best part of the meal was the fortune cookie.
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but this meal was an absolute disappointment. It was definitely not worth the $20 I spent. I give it two stars, one for the staff and one for the fortune cookie.

NOTE: I appreciate that the manager, Gabe, reached out to me to discuss my meal and experience.

Not the best experience at the Daytona PF Changs,

I ordered the Singapore street noodles, sesame chicken, and lo mein to name a few. The Singapore street noodles were excessively salty and had a weird flavor. Sesame chicken was soggy, and the lo mein was flavorless. Overall the food was extremely below average.

Before Covid, I used to be a frequent diner at the Princeton, NJ PF Chang, and I’ve had consistent AMAZING experiences there (and I’ve had the same dishes there), so I know what these are supposed to taste like, and it generally wasn’t meeting what I was used too.

Service was great however, my waiter was friendly and the front hosts were nice. Nice ambiance, with the dimmed lighting and elegant table setup however.

This was my aunt’s first time at PF Chang’s, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We arrived on a busy Thursday night and were seated after a short 5-minute wait—even though the place was packed. We just missed happy hour (ends at 6pm), but I noted the specials looked like a great value for those on a budget.

We ordered the 3-course dinner for two, which was perfect for sharing. We both started with the egg drop soup—surprisingly hearty and loaded with perfectly cooked veggies. We upgraded to include the famous chicken lettuce wraps (highly recommend!), and for our entrees, I chose the Mongolian beef while my aunt had the beef with broccoli. Everything was hot, flavorful, and exactly what we were hoping for.

The ambiance was relaxing and stylish, with stunning murals and a clean, open view of the kitchen—which was spotless. You could tell the staff took pride in their workspace.

With the upgrades, our bill came to about $30 each, which felt well worth it for the quality and experience. That said, it’s definitely possible to dine more affordably here if you stick to the basics or hit happy hour.

Highly recommended—great food, great service, and a wonderful introduction for my aunt!
