Had this place to go before and it was awesome. Bragged to the wife who is not big on Chinese food. Convinced her to go. Wrong place to let her try it. Waitress was hella slow. It wasn’t crowded but they only had 3 waitresses. Stretched thin. Took forever for drinks. Took forever for sushi. And took way too long for food. Food came out cold. My meal wife’s meal and 3 kids meals were cold. And flavor wasn’t it. The fried rice was garbage. I normally give restaurants second chance. But not this one unless it is free I won’t be back. Formosas on Washington rd tops this place by far. More food cheaper price and better. Check my reviews. Not often I 1 star places.

Justin is the star of this location! He provided the best service we’ve ever had at this particular location. He maintained a clean and sanitized work space and bar area. He moved fast and efficiently between the bar and serving our food. He was well versed in the specials and menu items. He made sure everything was hot and presented well. PF Changs is Phenomenal from their atmosphere to their service. We were greeted right away, seated quickly, and had drinks fast. Debbie is attentive, kind, and funny. This is a wonderful place to eat, as soon as we walked in they seated us in our table. The menu had so much variety it was hard to choose. The service was wonderful but a different server came by and gave us soup. It was a very plain broth with nothing looking almost like water, so we asked the different server if it was Hot & Sour soup. They had said it was but we still weren’t sure because the pictures were vastly different. Our original server came by and when we asked her. she had said it was Wonton Soup. She handled it wonderfully and gave us the correct order. It tasted really good and had small hints of smoky and sourness. After eating they gave us the lettuce wrap and it was so good. The cold and hot contrasted perfectly and the filling had a crunchy texture and ginger like flavor. After that we were waiting for our entree. It was quite a long wait but it was soon worth it when they got us our entrees. The sesame black chicken was seasoned and sauced to perfection which is a must order for me. The pieces of the chicken were actually able to be seen unlike other places and it was handled super well. The Pad Thai also was very delicious and not too sweet. This was the real definition of smoky flavor. The atmosphere is very fun to be in, there are waiters taking orders, parties of people talking and laughing, and some music playing along. The aesthetic of the place was perfect and the tables weren’t sticky or anything. The price was a little surprising but it was worth it. Will definitely come back.

The night we went to PF Chang’s the waitress that served us was named Tammie. She seemed to be the only server that evening. She had to serve several tables. With many of those tables having multiple people while balancing getting drinks from the bar. Tammie went above and beyond to get our food, make sure my special requests were met and was very friendly all while juggling everything. As someone who works in food myself I know she’s doing a stellar job at what she’s doing!!!! ❤️ I would highly recommend her and the food we had too. The lunar New Year menu was fantastic, each item and cocktails were a 10/10!!!

Order some P.F. Chang’s tonight and I think I’ll definitely skip them from now on. The chicken for the chicken lettuce wraps were burnt. How they sent that out??? My husband got the orange chicken and it was okay just not worth the $18.99 price tag. Highly disappointed and do NOT recommend.

Very very poor service. telling us that they had to take out orders that were clearly more important. I will never be going back. It’s a shame it could have been a wonderful meeting for old friends but.. glad the fellowship was way better.

Absolutely Delicious!
We ordered takeout from P.F. Chang’s in Augusta and it did not disappoint! The House Lo Mein was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked noodles, and the Sesame Chicken was absolutely delicious—crispy, savory, and just the right amount of sweet. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted just as good (if not better!) than dining in. We’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend if you’re craving great takeout that hits the spot!

Unfortunately the service was not great.
Firstly, our host was not professional. This individual exasperated when we asked if they had a booth available. He took us to a booth that was dirty, and without us complaining, rolled his eyes, told us he’ll clean it, had us wait in the front the dirty table and then (again without us saying anything) had us go back to the main entrance, then he finally sat us.
Secondly, our server was wholly unprofessional. All she did was complain about the host and kitchen staff. She also stood in front of us as I paid the account. Completely unprofessional.
Third, the pork dumplings I ordered were cold. The spicy lobster miso dumplings were also cold and not spicy. We ordered Mongolian Beef and that was good, no complaints there.
Fourth, the bathrooms were in shambles. A under the sink cover was on the ground, becoming a tripping hazard. It was a huge metal cover just on the floor. They also burned something in the restaurant and were causing multiple people to cough from the smoke.
Overall; would never recommend anyone go to this restaurant ever again. Horrible service, food was mediocre, employees unprofessional and just an unpleasant experience.
This ruined my wife’s birthday. Wish I could get my money back!
