We ended up having dinner here for my birthday. When we walked in, it wasn’t busy. The host walked up to greet us immediately. We were quickly brought to a table. Our waiter’s name was Raymond and he was fantastic! I ordered two drinks and me and my husband challenged him to guess my age. He was a good sport and played along. He was quick, efficient, and checked in with us constantly. We had an amazing time and yes, he checked my ID for those drinks. He also offered me a free dessert for my birthday and had the staff come over to sing happy birthday. That was amazing. All in all, I highly recommend. Service was spectacular and atmosphere was quiet, which I loved.

Overall, this PF Changs is good. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. The food used to be better than it is now, but still good. There are Gluten Free options for my wife, so that’s a huge plus. The chicken lettuce wraps are always a favorite.

TRASH FOOD sooo disappointed I’ve been sick with a really bad cold with no energy to cook for myself & my child. Last night February 15th I ordered via Uber eats chicken lettuce wraps for myself. My daughter wanted a kids meal honey chicken with white rice & broccoli. She’s a rice fanatic. The cook made my order 90% water crestnuts & 10% chicken & it tasted like pure sadness. NO RICE for my daughter & her chicken tasted like it had been cooked 2 days prior. She cried & wouldn’t eat none of the food. I hope whoever prepared our food literally have the worst year possible. You clearly couldn’t have cared less & neither do I about sending you the worst possible luck imaginable.

As a middle Georgia resident, I make occasional trips to Atlanta, and PF Chang’s has always been my go-to spot (since there is none in middle Georgia). My routine is simple: order ahead on my phone, pick it up, and enjoy my meal in my car before making the two-hour drive home. However, today’s experience (12/20/2025) with their Shrimp Fried Rice left me absolutely stunned.
1. The rice portion was much smaller than usual and there were some clunks of white rice (it was a portion size that you would give to a child).
2. What appeared to be a piece of sliced beef turned out to be a severely charred onion.
3. Essential components like eggs and bean sprouts were completely absent. I love bean sprouts, so you can probably imagine my disappointment when there were none in my Shrimp Fried Rice.
4. Instead, I received soggy rice accompanied by a small portion of mushy carrots, rubbery overcooked shrimp, and 3-4 limp scallions (very tiny portion). That was the entire dish. By the way, the shrimps were bright orange in color—completely unlike anything I’ve seen from PF Chang’s before.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I tipped 25% for this subpar meal. The lack of attention and care from the kitchen was glaringly obvious.
This location has lost my business—I won’t be back.

Great dinner at P.F. Chang’s in Alpharetta tonight. Our server Raymond was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and just really easy to talk to. He made a few recommendations for us and they were all spot on.
Service like that really makes the whole experience better. Everything came out quickly, he checked in at the right times, and we never felt rushed. Definitely ask for Raymond if you go!

I had never dined at PF Chang’s until this week. Our server, Mark, was phenomenal. Just a true joy and was very attentive throughout the night. I enjoyed the food but sometimes the service just makes that much better. If all their servers are like Mark, I will certainly be dining here again. Overall great experience!

Mark was an excellent waiter. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure our table had everything we needed throughout the meal. He checked on us at the right times without being intrusive and had a great attitude the entire time. His recommendations were helpful and the service was quick and professional. Mark really made the dining experience enjoyable, and I would definitely hope to have him as a waiter again.
