I recently returned to the restaurant after being invited back from a prior bad experience ,and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, my experience this time was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
A special thank-you to Candy and Camille, who truly made our visit exceptional. Camille was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Candy, the manager, checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and receiving the best service possible. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care turned our visit into such a memorable experience.

My workplace orders lunches from here every now and then. The food is pretty good, but the portions are absolutely disgraceful. I like to get the Mongolian beef, but the amount of beef you get is extremely disappointing. You get an “okay” amount of white rice with it and a spring roll. Other options are the same way. I am including pictures of one of my lunches in this review. Even though the food is good, I feel like my company and the employees are getting ripped off. I can’t recommend this place. At least this location.

Came here for a low-key birthday month dinner and it did not disappoint! The beef and broccoli was delicious — tender, flavorful, and served hot. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for catching up with friends.
Camille was our server and she was amazing — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. She checked on us at just the right times and made the whole experience even better. Five stars all around!

The food was great, but we had a reservation and when we arrived they said they were full. The whole point of a reservation is to have a table available at a specific time. We waited half an hour standing.
Our waitress was cool though so you can have 3 stars for her, but I would have given 5 stars of service had the reservation been honored.

We used to love PF Chang’s for their food, service and atmosphere. Food at this locations was mid; the service was atrocious 🙂 the hostess appeared to be on a personal call and made us wait for several uncomfortable minutes before she hung up the call (12/8/2025). After hanging up she picked up two menus and without any words led us to our table. Cold ! No silverware . The server was actually pretty sweet. We got hit tea (was just warm), soup (almost cold), pork egg rolls (ok), broccoli chicken (ok) and king pao chicken (terrible – over fried)! I guess PF Chang’s no longer wants my business!

My family and I drove from Wilmington Nc for an appointment and decided to stop by PF changs to eat. Food is always great but our server Addison went above and beyond for us. Very attentive, great smile and made sure all our needs were met. Even was thoughtful to my daughter who just had her wisdom teeth removed. Thank you Addison for a wonderful experience.

I went here for my birthday because I’m gluten free and they have a great menu to accommodate. We had Edith she is wonderful and so sweet! Always checked in with us. I got the fun bubbles and sparkler birthday dessert and it was so fun! You’ve got to try that!! Will definitely be back!

My mom and I came in after shopping and sat at the bar for food and drinks. Coral took care of us and she was amazing. She was very helpful helping us through our choices. I would recommend coming and visiting just for her service. The food and drinks were amazing as well. I will be coming back.
