Pat the manager & Stacy were amazing. They greeted with a smile and were welcoming throughout our visit. Stacy guided us on the menu and ensured we were taken care of. Kids were happy because she made sure they got attention too. We will be back!!!

Madeline (our server) and Sabrina (our food runner) were AMAZING. The service was smooth, fast, and so friendly. Madeline was attentive and thoughtful, and Sabrina made sure everything came out hot and perfectly timed.
You could tell they work really well as a team, and it made the entire dining experience feel effortless. Food, service, and atmosphere were all 10/10.

A chain restaurant would never be my first choice so eating here wasn’t my idea but it was my first time trying PF Changs. It will definitely be my last. I’m not sure what people are looking for with Chinese food but this was just terrible food in general. Anything would have been better, including a hot dog from the gas station. Nothing about this place would make it worth going to over a traditional Chinese restaurant. All 6 entrees that were ordered were practically inedible. I ordered lo mein instead of rice and thought what they brought out had to be a joke because I’m pretty sure it was just chicken Top Ramen that had been strained of broth. If this is their standard definition of lo mein it’s unacceptable. The Mongolian Beef was dry in all aspects – dry meat, basically flavorless, and with very little sauce. They substituted green beans for scallions due to a shortage we weren’t told about but I doubt the Beef and Broccoli would have been much better. Anyone who ordered crispy chicken got mostly breading with almost no meat.
Service was beyond slow and frankly abysmal. Appetizers came out cold, brown rice never came, server never stopped to check in – whether refills were needed, how the food was, if we needed boxes. We were there for almost 2 hours and most of that time was just waiting on him. He had to be called over for literally everything and from what I could tell they weren’t slammed or short staffed so I have no idea what the problem was but since the waiter never came by he couldn’t even offer up any excuses.
Maybe we were just unfortunate and ended up there on a day that they were struggling but I’m not willing to try again, especially when I can just go to my local Chinese restaurant and get the same dishes for half the cost that are better quality and actually taste good.

This was our first experience at PF Changs in Robinson Twp. Wow! The flavor of the food, to the cool atmosphere and the excellent service from our waitress, Tawny, I can’t say enough. The BBQ spare ribs were fall off the bone goodness and the sauce was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone for some top notch food.

My husband and I went there for a small birthday celebration. It was the first time we ever ate there. Our server, Paige, that was great. I have Celiac, a true gluten allergy. Much to my surprise, they do everything that is needed to prepare gluten, free food, completely separate from all others. We shared a lettuce wrap appetizer and egg drop soup. My husband had mongolian beef, and I had bathe some broccoli. Both meals were beyond expectation. And as a special surprise, my husband received a free dessert with a beautiful sparkler candle!

John met me at the door with a huge smile. He then asked for the name of my order and quickly retrieved it. I also asked for a drink to go and he quickly got me a coke. Will definitely be back! The food was also still hot and tasted amazing! Shout out to John. You’re amazing.

My waiter Adam was very kind making conversation and just brought a great personality overall bringing up the mood! Also Edwin going around cleaning had a the biggest smile on his face with a great mood just going around! Overall my experience was excellent with the workers around I hope to come back and have just as good of an experience.

I’ve been here several times over the past couple of years… Last two times have been the best! The food and service were so much better the past two times, so I’ll be back!
Most recently I went and Tiffany was my server… she was incredible, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.
They have half order of chicken lettuce wraps now, which is great for when you’re dining solo! They tasted great! The lo mien side dish was excellent too; tasted great with the ginger chicken.
I’ll definitely return!
