They have a great outdoor patio space. The food was pretty good and cheap. You can get good daily specials if you play it right. The service was kind and the atmosphere of the patio was wonderful with the music they were playing.

Wonderful spot on the river for a drink, a meal, or live music. The food has been so good every time we go there. They don’t have beer on tap only in a can. The servers have always been kind as well.

5 star view but easily 1 star food. My wife and I came in on a Thursday afternoon for some fish tacos. They were 14$ for 2 medium sized tacos with fried haddock which was cold that came with a side of tortilla chips that were also cold.
Overall what was most disappointing was the small portions, cold food, 4$ fee for using a credit card, and charging 3$ for a soda water.
Seems cheap and greedy and ultimately just a touristy spot.

Service was excellent! Sloppy Joes were very good as well. Cocktails were just okay. Only real problem is the flies. You really need to look into some way to mitigate this issue- maybe the bag devices they use at horse stables and such… It was bad.

Our waitresses name was Jane. So I tacked on Anderson. Jane Anderson started out with zero stars and worked away all the way up to five! Service was awesome The nachos were huge and tasted fantastic! The plastic beer glasses or something to come back for! Next time I’ll bring my own glass thank you Jane for the memorable experience at PD Pappy’s. We will definitely return for the service!

This is a cool spot right on the St. Croix River. Food and drink overlooking the docks. It’s got a low key down to earth vibe. We had beer and a vodka drink with a burger and a BLT. Pretty good experience.

Our bartender said they were out of bloody Mary mix, so she custom made them for us. They were delicious and very fairly priced. Two sandwiches and three bloody Marys just came to $40. The water was a bit high on the day we visited, LOL!

Feels like a Florida shoreline restaurant! Nick the bartender is super pleasant. Ordered the California burger with American cheese and Cajun fries. The burger is grilled and is wonderful. Rail drinks are nice too. Definitely a recommendation!
