For starters it’s a very cute restaurant. They have such good customer service and told us right away if anything was out. A good addition would be some music as it was very quiet but that made it very easy to have a conversation. I got a thai tea that was really good! I also got a beef stir fry which I did really love the flavor of but I wish the menu would’ve mentioned it was a bit spicy as I would’ve asked without spice and I’m sure they would have accommodated it. My boy friend got the combo pho and it was one of the best we have had in the area. It had such good flavor to it. They also had condiments at the table which was very convenient.

Food quality was very good. A bit pricey but the portion was not bad. Pho broth is beefy and savory. Pork belly was tender and skin was very crunchy. Spring rolls were good, nothing too special about it. The papaya was a bit sour for me but adding a bit of sugar made it perfect. I asked for spicy and they were not shy of using pepper. The pad Thai was more on the sweet soy sauce flavor and tasted okay. Overall was not disappointed on the food. Service was fast. The only thing was we did not get water refill. Also rice comes separately from pork belly. Otherwise it was great. Will definitely come back. I will have to say this will be my go to Hmong/asian restaurant in Appleton.

Had to try this restaurant on their opening day. The food was excellent and the staff was great. I got the crispy chicken and sticky rice to go. It was carefully packaged and even after the trip home, the chicken was unbelievably crispy. I’m talking the crispiest chicken I’ve ever had. I also tried the steamed dumplings and they were good but I would have preferred dumpling sauce over the sweet chili sauce it came with. Definitely stop by and check them out. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu.

I’ve been getting food here since they opened. Mostly takeout. Food has always been fine. Dined in a few times. Today I had a take out order that included stuffed chicken wings. Usually the order comes with 2 wings, but im assuming they gave me 3 wings because of how burnt they were? Or should I have just not been charged for this? I’ll continue to support our local hmong business, but please make sure this is corrected and doesnt happen to someone else out there.

My Daughter and her friends wanted to get some Pho but their usual spot closed early. So I suggested this new place that I saw one of my fb friends post about! They were impressed to say the least! Heard the soft opening was yesterday Aug. 23, 2025. We decide to give it a try, I would say the customer service is 6.5/10, when we first got there we told the staff how many people total, was seated right away but we didn’t get the menu until 10 mins after.
Our foods didn’t come out all at once, the foods came out at different times which made some of us sit and watch other people in our group eat.
A few dish we ordered didn’t come until we were ready to pay and leave. Make sure you get everything you ordered.
I understand this place is still freshly new, hopefully in the future the customer service will improve. The food wasn’t the best nor bad, it’s alright. Again everyone’s opinion is different.

Spacious and clean. Pork belly is super crispy. Pho soup good and decent amount. Could improve on the taste of the soup itself. Sticky rice is perfectly made. The good set up upon delivery is super cute. My kids approve!

This restaurant is new to Appleton but, they’re cookin a statement.
I’ve had lots of laab in Appleton cooked, raw, beef, chicken, ect….
But this is Hands down the BEST Raw Beef Laab in Appleton now. The flavors were balanced and it left you desiring more. Comes beautiful plated and just the right amount of herbs, salt, sauces, toasted rice. I give this laab a Michelin star it was that good.
#1 Raw Beef Laab in all of Appleton.
This place edged almost every place I tried, it was even better than mine.

Clean fast and quality. You can close your eyes and pick something from the menu and it will be consistently as good. Looks good taste even better Hot and fresh. Will go back to try everything on thier menu.
