Im writing this review so that the owner know that their door dash page doesn’t have Grilled Chicken Caesar salad As an option. I wanted to order that but had to go with the garden salad which comes with just a bunch of stuff that I don’t like so I had to take those out it was a whole mess but the food was still good though. JUST PLEASE FIX YOUR DOOR DASH PAGE THOUGH.

I spend 80$ on a family meal ,I asked for spk on my cheesesteak ,not light ketchup not light cheese or light meat .and that’s what I get . They couldn’t do nothing about it but ask to remake it and not promise that it won’t be the same and try to justify why it’s made this way bc I asked for chopped fine I asked for light sauce on the pizza and it wasn’t light instead the cheesesteak was light .and than the wings I asked for bbq and got mild instead and try to lie and say that’s how our barbecue look and taste .ozzies on b st is worth it not this at all !!! Why they offer remakes like if someone gonna wait another hour for food

Me and my family decided to spend the holidays with Ozzy’s when there were plenty other stores to support but we chose here, we ordered almost a $100 worth of food and all I asked was that they send us plates with the order, I made that very clear. No only did they NOT send plates but they sent no utensils or not one cup. When I called the store to ask them to correct this the only resolution was a $3 credit towards more food in the future. I was very disappointed with this outcome thats not how you treat supportive customers at all. All the stores were already closed and we had nothing to eat our food on which consisted of over 15 guests. Very disappointing I will not order here again

Ordered two cheese steaks, came up to 26-27 dollars. The steaks were small with barely no meat, couldn’t taste the cheese, couldn’t taste the peppers or onions I ask to be cooked in the steak. The roll wasn’t soft to the point when I would bite the rolls it would split in half from the bottom ! Very very disappointing! My first & last night ordering.
