First time coming here, and thought the food was really delicious, well seasoned and presented, and generous in the portion sizes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to ask for the spice tray which has four covered dishes containing spicy pickled jalapenos, a white powder I didn’t try that looked like sugar, a spicy Thai chili powder, and a chili oil. This way you can control your spice level on your plate, and add extra depth of flavor with those spice condiments.

Went for hibachi dinner and it was totally fine. Food was well cooked, wait time wasn’t long, the whole table was offered sauce refills, and there was nothing to complain about. Everyone ate almost all of their food and enjoyed the chef. Miso soup was also very good and has a nice peppery flavor

Came in on a Wednesday Night and the service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for a waiter, then 20 minutes for our drinks to come out. Then we finally received our food (accompanied by our drink orders that finally showed up).
If you’re in a hurry? Not the place for you.
But that being said, I give this food an 11 out of 10! Best Chicken Pad Thai I’ve ever had! I just wish the service was better. I understand places are understaffed now a days but what place isn’t? And it wasn’t by any means busy in the restaurant.

In The Grand Metropolis of Nolensville. Easy 2 find.
Open concept. Family owned. Chose hibachi. Salad had a really tasty dressing. Friend’s ribeye was done to perfection for him. I had teriyaki chicken & hibachi shrimp. Both were grilled to perfection. Place was a little loud as kids were excited to see “the show”. It was fun watching their faces. Still in soft open phase. Will definitely be back.

First at and foremost, I hate leaving negative reviews but I thought it was important because the quality of the food was so bad that I think it’s necessary to warn potential customers. We picked up a 75 dollar order and the only thing edible we received was the seaweed salad. The picture is 2 orders of beef Pad Thai in my trashcan. That’s 30 dollars of the order we immediately trashed because there were several pieces of beef, in both orders, that weren’t cooked. I wouldn’t eat raw beef while I’m not pregnant but since I am pregnant at the moment, that’s a health hazard. I couldn’t even remove the beef to just eat the noodles because the beef had already been mixed into the noodles, therefore they were contaminated. I never got a chance to actually taste the noodles from the Pad Thai after realizing it was riddled with uncooked beef but I will say it did not smell appetizing. The smell reminded me of dog food, to be honest. My son’s “chicken lo mein” was only plain, unseasoned chicken with plain, unseasoned noodles. We had to add sauces from our fridge to flavor them so he would eat it.
I was really excited about trying Ozeki’s food after reading their reviews but I was overwhelmingly disappointed with the quality of food and lack of ability to even communicate this dissatisfaction with the restaurant, as calling resulted in a repeatedly ringing phone. We certainly will not be ordering from them again and I would not recommend this eatery to anyone else.

We had our dinner here many times but this is the worst experience we ever had. The waiter who was supposedly the manager here did not know how to treat his customers. He had my order wrong twice and everytime he came with my order, he just threw the plate at the table without even looking at us. I have never had such a rude experience anywhere ever. Adding a photo for proof. He just threw it at the chair where no one was sitting and turned his face away and left. When we asked if we could talk to a manager, we learnt he is the manager. That was even more unbelievable!!! Never coming back here again. I’m going to let all my friends know about my experience and leave a review everywhere I can. Nobody deserves to be treated this way!

First time – looking for a Hibatchi grill being new to Nashville area – found it! Chicken, shrimp and scallop were delicious. Only drawback – we are used to garlic fried rice, we asked but I guess they don’t do garlic. Fantastic meal – we will make it a regular of ours.

Not a good spot for lunch at all and very bad service.
I work less than a mile from Ozeki Grille and wanted to give it a try for lunch.
Some of my coworkers warned me that they were very slow and weren’t a good place for lunch, but I gave it a try anyways.
After being the first person to arrive at the restaurant I waited 1 hour for my food while watching two other groups of families that were eating at the hibachi table come and go after each other before I received my food. Now I’m sitting in my office eating my lunch from a to go box..

Friends in Nolensville took us to lunch here.
Sat around the grill. Choose our meats. All came with salad, soup, and either fried or steamed rice.
The grill master was great. Very friend. And did a wonderful job doing the meal.
Everything was so great.
Check it out.
