This Restaurant should have 5 stars. The 4.1 reviews are because the former owner wasn’t good. The new owner, she amazing. Her dad owns the Double O Saloon below. The outside patio seating is awesome. Especially on Saturday nights when there is a band playing across the street at the Courthouse. We were there tonight and our food was awesome. And talking with the new owner, she said that Google won’t let her take over this site so please don’t go by the poor reviews. The new owner has made this restaurant a very good place to eat and to go. The servers are very kind and do a great job. Your food comes out piping hot, and ready to eat. So please go to The Ozark Orchard, which is the new name.

Food and service were both outstanding. They just reopened with new owners/managers. It took a bit to receive our entrees but they were well worth the wait! The pork steak, beef tips and homemade chips were amazing. Their ranch dressing is also divine. All in all a great place to dine.

Traveled to Eminence for a 4 day stay. I wish we would have found this place on the first day because we probably would have had dinner here every night.
Delicious baked potato and chicken tenders. My husband and son had the Ozark pulked pork sandwich(can’t remember the exact name) and they loved it.
Great service as well.

I was a bit hesitant after reading of the repeated management changes but was pleasantly surprised. Ozark Orchard is the best sit down restaurant we’ve been to in Emminence. We ordered several items and the portions were outstanding, we received our food in 10 minutes. The shrimp were huge. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great dinner in Emminence.

Ordered 2 meals, one came and the other came after the first had already been eaten. The salads needed more to them, cucumbers and or tomatoes. Food wasn’t that hot when served.

I ordered a medium sirloin and it was served gray in the center and tough (way overcooked). It had a strange moldy taste that made it inedible. They offered to replace it, but said it was the last sirloin in the restaurant, so I went with a hamburger steak to be safe. We were the only ones in the restaurant while there were two festivals in town and it still took them 25 minutes to make that replacement hamburger patty. So we just paid and left without eating it, not to risk returning again. We noticed that this restaurant was empty while the others in town were packed. I guess everyone else knew the situation.
On the positive side, the waitress was very friendly and responsive. The rest of the food was tasty.
But there were rolls of receipts on the floor near the register and evidence the kitchen is used for daycare, so we were concerned about hygiene.

Eating here is taking a gamble with your health. Most of the food is microwaved. They do not date nor label anything they serve. Meat is prone to going bad in the fridge and risk of cross contamination is at an all time high. They will serve customers ANYTHING no matter the lack of freshness. There are better options for food than this rundown dump ran by a teacher who treats a business like a part time hobby
