The staff was friendly and service was fast. The coffee was good. The egg sandwiches were disappointing. They use premade egg patties and the bagel tasted like a pizza crust.

Because of it being Saturday game day (football), when we arrived around 10:00am, every bagel choice was gone other then plain, and a few of other choices. I got the plain with strawberry cream cheese. They pile on the cream cheese and it was a bit deceiving, I thought it was going to be like frosting on a cupcake, but it was actually more savory than sweet. Which was fine, but would rather it had been a bit sweeter.
The service was great. They are very friendly!

I had really high hopes for this place. The bagel was alright… absolutely nothing special. Ordered it with egg and cheese… and they microwaved it? I was expecting.. for the price, to have a real egg… but it was literally, Kraft cheese and fake egg like at McDonalds… microwaved, right in front of me. No cream cheese or anything.. just dry bagel, microwaved egg and kraft cheese. The bagel itself was smaller and not as thick as I would have expected it to be.
I really wanted to like this place and support… but we won’t be back

After living in New York, finding a good bagel is a top priority for me once I move to a place and I’m picky about it. Once I found OMBC, I had my go-to. They are very often a part of my morning routine and often know my order as soon as I get there! My go-to which I highly recommend is a dark toasted everything bagel with olive cream cheese. Their bagels are always fresh and they do not skimp on the cream cheese. The coffee is also very good!

I’m not usually in the area, but I made the trip specifically for a bagel. During a weekday around 9 a.m., they were already completely out of bagels, which was a bit of a bummer. They did have a few other options, but I expected bagels to be available since it is in the name.

I can’t tell you how good the food is because this is the 2nd time I’ve been here on a Saturday & not gotten what we wanted. Showed up at noon the first time and they were sold out, which we thought was nuts because I’ve never been to a bagel place that was sold out of bagels. Went today at ten and thought surely they’d have some. Nope. Only a few plains left. So we got plain. Then after we had ordered they were out of the cream cheeses we wanted. Then once we got the bagel it really wasn’t that great – if you’ve had a really good bagel before you know what we’re benchmarking these against. The disappointment and frustration of not getting what we wanted isn’t worth driving out of the way. Even our five year old thinks it’s insane a bagel place runs out of bagels.
We wanted to support this place so bad, but are finding it tough to. I just tried providing feedback to the staff and they just talked over me telling me how hard it is to make bagels and keep things in stock. Einstein’s it is! Might as well pay less money to get a sad bagel sandwich with a microwave egg.
Also, Ozark Bagel Company, we recommend doing a research trip to Charlottesville, VA to check out Bodos Bagels if you aren’t aware of them. They are a Charlottesville institution, there is always a line from 6am through the lunch hour, and have never run out of bagels. Also, if you are going to consistently run out of bagels, could the online hours be updated to show that bagels likely won’t be there past 930 or 10?

My wife says the one in Bentonville was so much better. We are here at 10:30 and they are already out of 98% of the selection, staff wasn’t very friendly, and the spinach parm had next to no flavor. Pretty sad coffee bar too. This was my first and last experience at Ozark mountain and it’s sad bc we love to support local businesses. hope they can improve this location

Shorted us a bagel this morning. Not okay!
Usually sell out quickly, especially during the weekend.
Bagels are okay, definitely not anything special, just the current best locally available.
Definitely a business opportunity for someone in Fayetteville.
