Oyster Bar inside the Santa Fe Station Hotel and Casino is a pretty legit spot for seafood, salad, New England or Manhattan Clam Chowder, cocktails, beer, wine and drinks. I like the bar seating and table seating that is available. Atmosphere is nice. It is my second time here and for my Fiancé many. I have to stay it was another enjoyable dining experience. Ana was great! Also the Chefs on duty were great they were active on the floor, at the bar seating area, helping the staff and friendly with the guests.
My absolute fave is their Pan Roast. I really like that I can choose the chicken and andouille sausage only Pan Roast with steamed rice. The Pan Roast was made perfectly the stew was rich and creamy. When we mentioned we were sharing the Pan Roast it was served in two separate bowls which was awesome. We also had a cup of New England clam chowder, fish and chips, calamari and a bread basket. The sauce caddy had a good selection of hot sauces, etc. We liked everything we ordered. So good!

My second time dining here, and we always get great service. This time I had the Kumamoto oysters and little neck clams. The oysters were so fresh and delicious and paired well with the cucumber martini. Only four stars because they don’t have a gluten free bread option, so the little neck clam dish just wasn’t completely satisfying without bread to dunk into the broth. Only four stars a previous visit, I had the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were large and I loved the sweetness of the cocktail sauce. Also love the hot sauce selection!

Delicious!! The chef is so wonderful and loves his restaurant and staff. He helps his staff, walks the floor and chats with the customers, and makes sure the restaurant is always looking top!
Waitresses are friendly food is great! Next time I go, I’ll ask for my rice on the size…I got full too fast.

I am glad I came so I can sit down. Seafood was delicious like the House Gumbo or the Bouillabaisse and the heavenly clam chowder. If you go on a date, take your significant other here inside Santa Fe casino. This is a wonderful restaurant for family and friends. Very filling and excellent food. Great servers!!!

Love the Oyster Bar here at the Santa Fe. We always get the best service. You def need to get their sour dough bread. I love their combination gumbo. My toddler loves it too so can’t get any spice level but thankfully they’ll give you a side bowl and some lava hot sauce to add to your gumbo. It’s soooooo good!!!

Wow, what an incredible experience! The customer service here is off the charts! Tyler made us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in, and the atmosphere was absolutely buzzing! Our server, Kat, was fantastic—she knew the menu inside and out. And let me tell you, the calamari was out of this world—perfectly crispy and delicious! You absolutely have to check this place out; you won’t regret it! Way better than Palac Station.

We were greeted by the Chef himself -Executive Chef Fearnow amazing customer service given by him truly. The combo pan roast was amazing, this is one of our favorite dishes and we were not disappointed. We will be back, this will be one of our go to restaurants in Vegas.
