Booked a room here the week of Feb. 24th – 28th, 2020. This Motel is an old Motel 6 facility that was under renovation the week of my stay, so take this review with a grain of salt. The check in process was severely delayed as the lobby area was in serious disarray and messy. Certainly not home sweet home welcoming. The desk setup in the lobby to greet tenants was piled with paperwork and the entire area was cluttered the entire week of my stay. The owner who assisted with my check-in seemed unfamiliar with either the process or the computer, which exacerbated the situation. Oh well . . . I finally got checked in. The room assigned had recently been remodeled but never saw maid service during my four night stay. Noisy remodeling activities were conducted off and on directly adjacent to my room until 10pm. On two separate occasions I had to walk down to the office to get my electronic room key card reprogrammed as I was unable to gain access after a day of work. Although the heater kept the room comfortable it ran waaaay too much due to the draftiness of the room. In fact I could have thrown a cat under the entrance door as the seal was completely gone. I guess the moral of this story is “you get what you pay for”. Yeah, I am a frugal cheap a$$ for staying at the Miles City OYO, and once bitten will be twice shy. I will not stay at at an OYO facility again.

I recently stayed at OYO motel in Miles City my. So first of all the first room we were booked into it was not clean so we had to go back to the front desk and again was booked into a second room this room was not clean as well..the bath room was very disgusting. So for the therd time of going to complain we then reserved a third set of keys to an upstairs room which was clean, alil small for a two person accommodation. overall a ok room..so then when we checked in they asked for the amount of the room plus $6 fee for smoking room which was fine..What wasn’t fine AND I WORN EVERYONE ABOUT THIS, is they will charge you a $50 damage deposit which they take off your credit card even though they say that they’re not going to put it through..Witch they did.. immediately $50 was taken off my card and now I have to wait 5 business days for it to get back on my card and as a concerned paitreant that stayed at this establishment and what if it’s not a honest one..and my money dose not get put back on my card.. I know my room was satisfactory when leaving , there is no damage or anything..im not sure I can trust a place that charges you and then reassures you that you’ll get your money back..And so i just wanted to warn everybody if you are going to book a room from this hotel please bring $50 cash so that way then you don’t run into the same deal that I am it’s just a big headache especially when you’re expecting the money as they said to me at the front desk the very next following business day which would have been Monday this is not true my bank said that it could take up to 5 days so warning to all that stay in this motel that $50 damage deposit please taken cash for it or else you will have to go through all this unnecessary trouble that I have had to deal with..Thank You..

The room was dirty. Floor was unmopped. The table in the room was littered with debri from their remodel. I believe the sheets had previously been used as there was a hair and debri on them. They serve no coffee in the morning. I would definitely pay a bit more to stay elsewhere.

Budget friendly! The room was clean & very well stocked. Location was quiet,and not hard to find. Front desk clerk was friendly & helpful. Very satisfied!
