The food is 7/10 not bad for a food court.
Service and attitude 0/10, you’ll never get a greeting or a thank you, staff ( especially the cashiers) look like they would rather be any place in the world then at work.
With Master Wok and their friendly appreciative service just across the way. I don’t feel this place will last long, also they only accept cash no cards.

Cash only. The store is on third floor food court. Around Sunday noon, there wasn’t a long line. Got my food within couple of minutes of ordering. The chicken was already cooked, but they grilled the shrimp after my order. There was lots of chicken and vegetables in my platter. The chicken was inconsistent, some were tasty, other pieces were overcooked and felt like chewing rubber. The vegetables also had average taste.

SCAM warning. So I I wanted the #6 beef and chicken ($11.99 advertised) over noodles no vegetables and a large fountain soda ($2.89) she rings me up with one button a d it’s $17.89!!’ Umm no .. I did the math with a 8% sales tax came to $16.07 and of course cash only. Between the false advertising (a crime) and terrible service I said forget it.

This place sucks, I asked for noodles, veggies and chicken and I got 2/3 things! They never put the noodles in there instead gave me white rice before all that the cashier repeated my order back to me. When I asked for noodles they said oh $2 and I said whatever I take my food and leave. As I’m writing this the chicken is burnt there are BARELY any veggies in there and the white rice is average. This place has gone down hill and just the rude staff make it even worse. I’d rather eat cardboard than eat this junk. Not worth the money I paid for I will just be taking my business to Master Wok (which is a dub place! Love them there) and Oyishi Japan a little piece of advice fix your attitude or continue down this path and you will see you will have no costumers left. Just a friendly piece of advice

Very good food, idk why people keep saying they get mad if you ask for extra sauce, you can take all the sauce you want its in a bucket to the side.
Food is amazing, portions are huge, great lunch for someone very hungry but could easily feed 2 feeding 2 for 11.99 on this day and age is a good deal!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at the mall. Cashier was very disrespectful and shouting at me when I asked to clarify my order. I asked to speak to the supervisor and another worker came out and started yelling at me. This place is a joke

This place is excellent. The Sashimi was fantastic, up there with the best. Ignore the negative reviews, I am hard to please and I had an excellent experience. The service is great, even comped us a few drinks. Do not hesitate.
